With the Avengers Initiative coming into force soon, and the three of us on that list, I was thinking that we should begin to train as a team.

From what I've been able to gather, the majority of the other candidates are strong-minded, independent, and used to working solo. They may take convincing even after they have agreed to Director Fury's offer.
