Remus sighed out a heavy breath and kept his eyes on the sky. He knew this path far too well to need to watch his steps and he rarely had a chance to enjoy the sight of the moon nearly full.

A sharp breeze blew past him, retracing his footsteps along the edge of the Forbidden Forest. Remus brushed his mussed hair out of his eyes and halted, turning to follow the shift in air currents with his eyes.

Sirius' grin softened for a moment as Remus took a step closer and he leaned down to brush a sweet kiss across the werewolf's lips.
