Another abandoned city has appeared 40 miles north-west of Happy Harbor. Approximately 10 miles west of Worcester, Massachusetts.

We need three volunteers to explore the city and report back to me with what is discovered. Preliminary reports show that no one arrived with the city, however it appears heavily damaged like it was struck with something. The primary objective is to just investigate and to not engage should the preliminary reports be incorrect and hostiles have arrived.

After our expedition to the Arctic ten days ago, Superman has been moved to the regeneration pod in the Fortress of Solitude. He appears to be responding well to the treatment the pod is providing but given the extent of his injury, the healing process will take time.

Conner, the information you provided for the pod in the Fortress has been extremely valuable. Thank you.

Your Cardinal Earth counterpart has been moved to the a Kryptonian regeneration pod in the Fortress in the Arctic. He is responding well to treatment.

Did you find anything on your trip to the recently arrived Atlantis?

Just did a check of the monitoring system to see if anyone new had arrived and noticed there were a few vibration signatures missing. It appears the breaches that were bringing people and objects here reversed their polarity for a moment and some people have vanished. Presumably they have returned to their own world.

Sorry, Bruce, Dick. Looks like Damian Wayne is one of those who have vanished.

[Justice League/Titans/Teen Titans - Cardinal Earth versions]

This morning, at approximately at 5:53 am, the Justice League received a report from the S.T.A.R Labs facility in Central City that an unidentified time ship arrived just on the outskirts of Keystone City, Kansas. Flash has already investigated and all preliminary reports have indicated that this time ship is not from our Earth and neither is the time ship's sole passenger - a man who claims to be Ray Palmer, the Atom.

Further tests at S.T.A.R Labs have revealed that Palmer is indeed who he says he is but, as I have mentioned, he is not from our Earth. It is clear that the incident at S.T.A.R Labs has escalated from bringing in items and buildings from other worlds to actual people. This is critical, as we have no control over who may arrive and we do not need another Crime Syndicate on our hands. We need to police these arrivals.

I have uploaded data from the S.T.A.R Labs facilities to the computers at both Titans Towers that should tell you when a new arrival appears within your vicinity. Nightwing, I would like you and your team to cover the East Coast. Red Robin, you and your team can cover the West. Justice League associates have been placed at each of the S.T.A.R Labs facilities in Central City, Gotham City, New York, San Francisco, El Paso and Star City. Take the new arrivals to one of these facilities so we can process them. From there, we will deem what to do with them.
