While her captor had no intention of raping her, he agrees to the 'bargain'. Afterward, he tries to keep Lily's clothes and wand, and while she does 'ask nicely' for her shirt, he threatens her physically when she asks for her skirt. She uses the proximity to knee him in the balls and escape with her skirt and wand.
