Lunchtime, Saturday -- all my charries and a few NPCs, OTA/MW
This Saturday lunchtime,
Andras and Lajos were in the Lamb, having Shepherd's Pie and cider, and arguing fiercely about the legitimacy of Chinese security goons in pale blue leisure suits;
Cindy was in the Foundry Market, having done her weekend shopping, and enjoying some small, organic, vegetarian wraps with fresh orange-and-mange juice;
the ghosts, who of course never had lunch, were on the roof, watching the pigeons mate and fight -- they were betting on the winners, and Manny kept losing, but Marek didn't gloat;
Maude was at home, sorting through an infinite number of umbrellas that had accumulated in the hall closet over the years while Manny 3 kept pacing nearby, and shouting into his phone in very bad Spanish;
Arjun and Rahul were throwing a frisbee for Hanu the dog, in Riverwalk Park, while Chandika was setting up a picnic pakoras, samosas, ad chai from a thermos -- it was still a bit cold, but the boys had really wanted a family picnic;
Charlotte was putting up posters for a charity party in aid of a free vet clinic for stray cats and homeless people's dogs;
an Ashley, finally, was in the Mocha nursing a large glass of water and quite a sizeable hangover; those happened more often recently, and not even the new, impressive Gruppenhoos painting on his bedroom wall would help.-
