Summary: Eline arrives first to the Room of Requirements, sets it up and waits for everyone to make their way over. After getting restless she finds Landon waiting outside. They talk a bit until Brenna and Tristan show up (Tristan appears with a bag full of questionable items). Tristan stands watch as the three go into the Room of Requirements. Lilly and Sabryna show up shortly. Sabryna vows to not be the usual ball of energy she is and tries her best not to let out a stream of the usual questions. Dominique and Danny show up together. They joke around a bit with Tristan and soon the games begin, only to be interrupted by Ellie. Her intrusion, meant as a joke between her and Eline, leaves a bad taste on everyone’s tongue and the game is over before it’s even started.

When Brenna doesn't catch on, the trick backfires, though eventually Lan's laughter catches Brenna's attention. They joke about it for a bit and after Landon leaves, the girls talk about boys and dating before Eline notices how late it's gotten and they head to the Great Hall for dinner.

Summary: While Ari's working on some papers, she's visited by Danny. The two talk for a bit, mostly about Muggle studies but a bit about Hogwarts then and now before they're interrupted by Tristan. Tris was actually intending to raid the Muggle studies classroom but upon finding it occupied, pretends he was looking for Danny. He drags Danny out, and after explaining what he was really doing up there, offers Danny an out. The two chat, and the chatting turns to topics that land them up in Danny's room doing smutty things.

Madison hunts the train for trouble while Malcolm trails along behind her. After a bit of distracted conversation, Madison encourages him to pick a compartment to stay in while she continues her hunt. When he still wants to come along, she shuffles him off to go talk with Rose so that he's out from underfoot.

Tree II:
Malfoys

Libra whines about wanting to go, and Scorpius points out that she can't go yet. He then teases Aries about finishing his summer homework, then taunts him a bit about what sorting entails - informing him that he has to do a spell and if he fails he'll get sorted into Gryffindor. Eventually he relents and tell Aries how it's really done - though he makes him promise to torment Libra with the same stories when her first year rolls around.

Tree III:
Tris, Lan, Dominique, Acevona

Tris and Lan - after Acevona parts company with them - drop hints and tease a bit about the totally epic train prank Tris is going to pull. Dominique is highly suspicious but curious all the same - moreso when Tris and Lan part company on the train. Dominique settles into a middle compartment to watch. For the record, Tristan opts not to go through with it. Common sense? Or is streaking down the entire train just too much even for him? No one knows ...

Brenna, Autumn, Madison

While Autumn is talking with some prefect friends, she is beset by the plague of Brenna - though Brenna is easily chased off with a little embarrassment. Autumn and Madison chat a little about the known troublemakers and how the term is starting off - and how they wonder what Tris and Lan are really up to.

Rose, Malcolm, Roxanne

Rose, Lily, and James show up together, though James quickly parts company from Rose - and Lily follows him. Rose isn't alone for long though, as she's soon joined by Malcolm Chang. The two have very different interests, and the conversation is fairly disjointed with Rose trying to pull it toward Quidditch and Mal trying to pull it toward books. Once they're settled on the train, they're joined by Roxanne, and Rose is glad for the distraction. Roxy talks about the canary cremes she's improved upon, and the conversation goes from there.

Summary: When he decides to look something up in a textbook, Scorpius notices that his charms text is gone. He attempts to track it down by finding what his siblings are up to, and simply assumes it was Aries' doing. The confrontation with his brother leads to a dead end, so he leaves - but watches Aries' room until Aries leaves. He searches Aries' room and comes up empty handed, but encounters his brother chucking the book into a potted plant. The two have another mild confrontation and Scorpius points out that if Aries wants to read up on Charms, he has his own text, which will help him understand the spells better. Aries heads off - perhaps to do just that - and Scorpius retreats to his room.

Summary: Hans heads out to Diagon Alley to get his school shopping out of the way. First up is the apothecary where Hans immediately regrets his heightened sense of smell. Tristan roams over to have a chat and teach him the fine art of picking out working ingredients for potions. The two joke around a bit more before Hans finally decides to move off and finish up his shopping.

Summary: In the spirit of keeping in the spirit of things in the Muggle studies classroom, Ari is cleaning out the closets by hand. When she takes a break, she is interrupted (though not in a bad way) by Neville. The two introduce themselves and chat a bit about school and shopping before Ari ropes Neville into giving her a hand cleaning the room. Naturally enough, he's rubbish at it.

They decide then to head down to lunch after dropping off some things at the greenhouse. With a promise to meet him in the Great Hall in twenty minutes, Ari heads out to go clean up and change.
