02. No hotlinking, under any circumstances, unless I specifically tell you that you can (such as the linkback banners.) I only have just so much bandwidth.
03. ALWAYS comment to let me know that you're taking my graphics.
04. Don't edit textless icons.

As an added note, most of the icons I make are of anime/manga, with the occasional movie.
