| Kidnapping Plot Ideas |

Just nursing a couple of small ideas and figured run them by comm as a whole.
1. In ASOUE canon Violet is very allergic to peppermints and I would love to trigger her allergy at some point, so I'm adding her to the people to be kidnapped. But would anyone be able to figure out what is wrong with her? Also Violet would be useful since she can think of ways to try and get help.
2. In Scream canon (at least from my best guess) Sidney would be at high risk for PTSD after everything with Ghostface. After she gets saved I would love to play that aspect of the movies out so would anyone be willing to listen to her and understand the nightmares (and help her through them)? So far she's really only trusted Ianto with what happened.
3. Sidney has an open thread and Violet needs a greeter! :)
4. I'm tempted to app Mary Jane Watson for the next resort change but have one question, would people rather see her circa the movies or the comics?

Hey, wonderful people! It's around that time again, for us to all get together, get our brains working, and see what fun we can come up with! This was a brilliant success last time, and I'm excited to be running this. With that being said, let's get down to business!

Aha, aha....
Yeah, I'm terribly sorry, I'll be posting for everyone a bit late due to my short absence. I actually had to find a week long job to pay for my school books and now I've settled down. I should have warned people but now that I have big chem books to ludge around, it's been a pain to carry my laptop too.

Hey everyone, this is Amy (![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) seawinds), intro-ing my second character, Kibeth! Kibeth is from the Abhorsen trilogy by Garth Nix, a fab young adult series I highly recommend. Her profile is a bit spoilery, so avoid it if you wish.
She was a dog (kinda), but has recently decided to 'try on' human form for a while, right before the planet sucked her up. She's going to find Mirage a fascinating experience, and quite enjoy many things.
She's coming in on today's day change, so I'll probably post an arrival thread tonight or tomorrow.

All right.
Ally, Jen, Mark, and I have all been talking, and we were thinking about going through with another storyline. Many of you may know about this one, and, for those who are newer to the game, the concept will be newer.
We were thinking about doing the Kidnapping storyline. We’ve had an explosion of less-than-good-doers since we began, but we might also use NPC’s to keep things moving smoothly. I know we have a surplus of characters who would love to fight for the good of all, and we definitely need some characters who should be kidnapped.

{edit} We've decided- with Misery's permission as you'll see in his comment- that Dahak dahak shall be the instigator of the the kidnappings. In other words, Dahak will be influencing the villains to do the kidnapping. We've also decided that Dahak will be the one to give our lovely villains a power boost.{/edit}

We lost power for something weeks. I can't believe it happened, but it did. Some kid ran into a phone pole, totalled his car...and died. And we're like uh... and I hate to be selfish, BUT I WANTED MY INTERNET. You know? I'm a snob, I know. And yes I feel sorry he died, but jessu. Why my internet? So now it's back. B. Hey all. I'm a different Michelle and I'm new to Mirage. I'm bringing in the wonderful Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl. In canon terms, she is being brought in from just after episode 7 Victor/Victrola, after sleeping with Chuck so is very guilt ridden. She is also the Queen Bee, and stops at nothing to get what she wants.
She is up for plotting with anyone! But my apologies if I'm a bit slow I just started college this week.

Hi all, I'm Nicole and I'm new to this game. I've brought in Emma DeLauro from the television series Mutant X. Some of you may remember the series, it aired on the WB11 from 2001 to 2003.
Emma's coming in close to the end of the second season. She's had a bad experience with a victim's death and wanted to get a way for a while. This wasn't exactly what she had in mind. Emma is a psionic mutant, a powerful one at that. She's an empath; she can sense the thoughts and feelings of others sometimes very easily or, depending on the person, if she concentrates hard enough. On meeting new people, Emma's a bit shy. Not to worry though, she'll warm up to them eventually.

Hi, everyone I'm new here. My name's Kate, I live in England and I come bearing the Rani from Doctor Who. She's from the old school series but is her post canon for her after a regeneration. While she's considered evil I will always dispute that fact because I love her, she's just very driven by science and little else, so taking over a whole planet so she can experiment on it's inhabitants without being disturbed means little to her. That doesn't make her evil though does it?
Anyway in canon she was very much a cold, heartless Time Lady, and while she's still pretty cold this new body of hers has emotions. Which she hates, because she ran away from the Time War and now she feels bad about, she doesn't like feeling bad, it makes her angry.
Um anyway yes she'll be entirely open for plotting, she might actually be nice to people, stranger things have happened.

Violet Baudelaire was doing the "play me" muse dance so here she is and will arrive at the next day change. She comes from Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events and is taken post books but her PB is from the movie (I think Emily Browning was perfect as Violet). Her birthday is December 7th (she is 17 now) but since one was never confirmed in canon I decided to use Emily's bday for game purposes.
The short version: she is an inventor and well she and her siblings have been on the run from Count Olaf. She gets yanked to the planet and well she's more worried about her brother and sister (someone consider bringing in Klaus (with Liam Aiken as PB for icon reasons)!). But she goes right back to work on inventions and well Violet being Violet will have ideas a plenty once she adjusts to the whole idea of not being on the run anymore. The Violet in my head is hoping for a decent junkyard or lots of trash cans full of parts ;)
