You wicked, wicked author! 93 A4 sized, double faced, printed pages! And it took me all day to read it!
Marvelous, delicious fic!
Snape having a Horcrux. Genius!
Loved the that almost "threesome", Severus - a lover for the heart, Draco - a lover for the body! But Severus ended wining the whole prize *g*! Though I must admit that got scared for a moment when the stone cauldron stopped bubbling.

Oh, wow - I am amazed. *picks jaw up off the floor* Wonderful writing, fantastic characterization, and a pacing that made me gobsmacked when I realised how much I'd read in one big gulp. Kudos!

I started reading this early this afternoon and just finished at 11:30. What a wonderful read. I couldn't put it down. The slow development of the characters was very believable. I am a total Severus fan, but I was a bit sad as I saw the coming split between Harry and Draco. I did love Harry and Severus living happily ever after. Bravo!

Wow. I've been reading this off and on between my errand runs and every time I'd put it down for a while I couldn't stop thinking about it. I love Harry's relationship with both Draco and Severus. Everything about it was wonderful. :D

Oh damn, it was long! Took me three days with my current work to read it, and I'm so behind on all fests that I think I have no hope to catch up till January :)

It was a very interesting story! I admit I was thrown out at the beginning (when Hermione, Ron, and Ginny are worried about Harry's life (or the lack of it) in Hogwarts and Harry rolls his eyes (or was it shrugs his shoulders?) in response. In comparison to the fluid, completely easy style of the rest of the story -- as I found out later -- that bit looked stilted, so I closed the window. And had to come back when a fellow Snarry mod asked if we thought it was Snarry enough to rec for Snarry readers. So, being a responsible mod that I am, I had to go and check. And got so caught up that kept printing out about 20 pages at a time to take with me when I had to go have dinner or go to work to read on the train :)

It was very engaging, and I liked the ease with which you told such a long, detailed story. I liked the details and clues you left for us and made work in the end. Thank you very much! Will be reccing.

Really great job - I especially liked how drawn out Harry and Snape's romance was; it made it all the more satisfying at the end. Damn you for writing such an awesome but ridiculously long fic during finals time!

I normally suck at leaving feedback, but this story is so amazing I can't help but do it anyway.

I just love the way it all comes together. It's plotty, it's smutty, I absolutely adore your characterisation of Draco, Snape and Harry, and that epilogue left me with a huge smile on my face, unlike the one JKR wrote.

This fic will be fondly added to my favourites, and it may very well become one of those fics I can't help but read and re-read. It's just perfect. ♥

I waited until I had the time to sit down and sink my teeth into this, and did I ever relish its taste.

The slow building relationship between Snape and Harry in this fic is deeply satisfying. While I liked the Harry/Draco, I was reading quickly for those parts, anticipating Harry going back to his sitting room so he could talk to portrait!Snape more. The plot was ingenious and a fabulous way of bringing Snape back -- but it wasn't cheap and Snape's reasoning was well-explained.

I love that your Snape is not a saint. In light of DH, some people feel they need to make him that way, but your Snape -- even though searching to start anew -- does what he has to do.

The scene towards the end...yes, THE scene...in which feelings are finally verbally actualized was fucking amazing.

What a wonderful story. I'm going to print it out, re-read, savour the details and the slowly unravelling plot with all the clues. I loved the way Snape "guessed" what happened when Harry went to see Draco for the first time. (Should have known there was more to it!)

Harry and Draco's friendship developed naturally and the sex was hot. The kinky bits felt real to me, there was no fuss over the things they did together. Very enjoyable.

The romance between Harry and Severus was beautifully done. Harry realizing who might have been right for him really stuck in my mind. Another emotional moment was Harry reading the poem. And I loved the lighter, playful tone in the
epilogue.
Thank you so much.

Wow, what a wonderful story. I couldn't stop reading it once I'd started. The relationships between Harry and Draco and also Harry and Snape were so beautifully developed. Lovely.

Wow, this was incredible. I opened it up, not realizing how long it was and was completely sucked in. It took the entire evening to read, but it was so far beyond worth it. I'm still a bit speechless and lost in that comfortable, warm, happy feeling that this left me with. It definitely put my emotions through whirlwind at times, and the writing was just so smooth and beautiful. I can tell this is going to be the type of story I will want to re-read. I'm a little bit in love with all your characters. *_* Really amazing!!

This is such a beautiful and moving piece, so melodiously paced and perfectly timed.
The development of the relationship between Harry and portrait Snape; the friendship formed with Draco; the journey towards understanding the mystery of Snape's resurrection - all lovely, lovely and so beautiful!

This is absolutely amazing! Thank you for taking me along the ride. I've read for days (interrupted, alas, by RL), transfixed, raptly following how each of the characters grow throughout the story and falling in love with them. The slow building of relationship between Harry and Snape was what pulled me into the story at first, but then when Draco showed up, I couldn't help but grow fond of him too (coming from me, that's practically a declaration of love *g*). And the plot — that's really a kink for me, if one can call it that. You paced the story so well, each scene unveiling just enough new information for me to keep at pace with Harry and Draco, and each deepening interaction between Harry/Snape and Harry/Draco kept me at the edge of my seat.

I really like the way you wrote Hagrid too. I don't know why, but his character just jumped out at me and I'm really glad that he and Harry continued to be friends, even if most of the interactions took a backseat to the story.

I enjoyed reading this very much. Thank you, Mystery Author!

I hate commenting because my vocabulary, I can't give you anything like you've given me through your story, but I just HAVE TO tell you how much I liked, adored, respected and loved the whole fic. It was heart-wrenchingly beautiful and so fucking real that it made my skin crawl and my eyes burn and my throat constrict.. It's rare, that a story can do that to me. Congratulations for having succeded at it. Lucky Celanideb :)

As I read through this (staying up far beyond my bedtime), I kept thinking "What a perfect story for Cel."

The gentle nobility in all three of them was just lovely - although I admit to wanting Draco to remain with them, his easy grace here makes me sure that he isn't far, whether as friend, family, or something else unnamed. They're all complex men with regrets and hopes and hearts, surprised by things they'd laid aside.

On the technical side, it's a bloody miracle to pace a 90K story this smoothly and to keep the characterizations this consistent. Brava/o, Mystery Author!

You know, I clicked on this because I was so excited about the list of kinks in the heading, and what a wonderful surprise to find that all that hot sex was integrated into such a fascinating and well-told story. I loved the way you spread out little clues and kept us guessing about what was going on, and the way both of the relationships kept developing over the course of the story. Thank you so much, I really, really enjoyed it!

This was...excellent. I started at 9pm, I think. Took breaks along the way. Savored it. It's 3:10am, now.

I'm not sure that I'm still coherent enough to put all my thoughts together, but...Thank you. Thank you so much. I love your post-war Harry and I love the mystery. The plot is engaging without being 'epic-oh-noes-the-war-never-ends.' And it wasn't just relationships and drama (though the development and sex were wonderfully done). And the cleverness. The small details and the liveliness of it all...

Clearly, coherence is slipping away. I haven't been so thoroughly absorbed in a long time. Thank you again.

Every once in a while I read a story in which a certain character becomes *real* to me like never before. Draco, as much as I like reading about him in fanfic, has never actually been fleshed out for me like he was in this story. An amazing experience. Thank you!
