   • Quizzes should be created by you specific in order to be posted here.
     
   • Meme_posts held on InsaneJournal, and toys that can work with InsaneJournal accounts just need to have the tags checked so that they aren't duplicated.
     
   
   
4. Friending memes have their own asylum friend_me
   Therefore while the suggest a friend meme, is welcome here, a fandom specific friending meme is not.
   
   
5. Anon comments are enabled so that people can participate in memes.
   Therefore people are asked to follow our anon comment policy to deal with anon abuse.
   
   
   
   • Original posters are asked to screen, not delete! If you don't want anon participating, screen all anon comments and then they won't come through!
     
   • Bring it to a moderators attention!
     
   • If there is a problem (such as a spamming issue) the maintainer will switch anon comments off temporarily, or find some other way to assist with the issue.
     
   
   
6. Anything that breaks the ToS or counts as harassment will be reported.
   
   • On the other hand, some memes will include negative comments, and your advised to think carefully about ones that you would like to participate in.
