Will made his way to the front of the choir room, bright smile plastered on his face. "Hey guys, welcome back! I hope everyone had a good first week and hope you enjoyed the tiny extra break you got last week, because starting today, we're really going to start buckling down for Regionals.

But first, since this is the first rehearsal we've had since 'last year', I wanna know if you guys maybe worked on something over break. Or was suddenly sprung with a brilliant idea for Regionals. Whatever it is, I wanna hear it. So... who's first?"

Walking to the choir room Wednesday afternoon, Will had a lot on his mind. Despite Glee shared win at Sectionals, things weren't looking that well for the club. There was the departure of Kurt, coupled with the fight Will had only caught the aftermath of on the kids online journals, as well as the fight between Rachel and Santana right before Sectionals itself. Will could feel the club being split in two, and for that, he was pretty disappointed in them all. But the fact that they didn't let them affect their performance was something he couldn't help but be proud of. He could only hope that with the stress of competing and the holidays coming up that things would begin to settle down and they'd all start acting like their old selves again.

Things can only go up from here, he thought to himself as he entered the choir room. "Hey guys," he called out, his voice cheerful to mask his lingering doubts. "I wanna start by saying Congratulations on your win at Sectionals. Despite everything that happened before, I'm really proud of you all for pushing through that and still giving an amazing performance. So give yourselves a round of applause for that. Now, we have plenty of time before Regionals, so I think a little down time is in order. This week we're just going to concentrate on performing for the heck of it. So now is your time to throw out ideas, suggestions, or even give us a little show of... anything any of you might be working on. We're just going to have fun this week."

Will wobbled to the front of the choir room, dry erase pen in hand, as he slowly wrote across the white board. It felt slow to him anyway, but lately, everything he'd done felt like he had been put in slow motion. Wincing at the pain he felt when he tried to clear his throat. Ah yes. One of the many ~benefits~ to teaching included being constantly exposed to sickness. But he'd managed to make it through a school day feeling less than 100% before, and even though a tiny voice in the back of his head told him this was exponentially less than 100%, he decided to try and soldier on.

"Okay, guys, w--" Will started as he turned around, but... something was wrong here. Squinting slightly, he stared out at them, but what he was seeing would not go away. And no matter how many times he blinked, every time he opened his eyes there was his Glee club... all looking like they were about 6 years old. If they were speaking to him, he couldn't make out what they were saying anymore. Is this real life... he thought as he felt himself fall to the floor...

"So, Rocky Horror was a nice success. You all did a bang up job, I'm really proud of all of you," Will said, at the top of the Glee rehearsal. Even though the turnout hadn't been very large, and he was still catching a little flack from the Sue's Corner segment, it was totally worth it. "But there's no rest for the wicked, so we're getting right into preparing for Sectionals."

After giving off the information of who they were competing against, and what they would be doing for their next assignment, Will opened the floor to suggestions, as per usual. "So, is there anything anyone has been working on that they'd like to share. Or ideas for a number they'd like the group to do. The floor is yours."

Will bounded up to the front of the choir room before grabbing everyone's attention. He was very excited about this Rocky Horror idea, and he hoped they were all receptive to the idea. Before that though, he had to tell them about Puck and he wanted to start off the rehearsal like he always did, with some input from them.

"Alright guys, let's get started. First, as some of you may already know by now, Puck is in juvie. For vandalism," he said with a sigh. "As for when he's getting out, I don't know. But hopefully he'll be joining us again soon."

"Alright guys," Will said loudly, grabbing the groups attention. "I'd like to start off this rehearsal by welcoming a new member to our group. I believe some, if not all of you know who this is by now, but either way, let's give a warm welcome to Sam Evans!" he said excitedly, waving Sam forward from the side of the room, and allowing him to give a brief introduction before letting him take his seat.

"Now, as I hope you all remember from last Thursday's meeting, I mentioned that we were going to be having a duet competition. So we'll be doing half of those later on and then the rest tomorrow, so I hope you're all prepared. But before that, I'm opening the floor to you guys for a bit, so any ideas you wanna throw out there, let's here 'em!"

Will clapped his hands together loudly in an effort to grab attention from the rest of the group. "Alright guys, the pep assembly has come and gone. Apart from... the riot, I would say it went really well! So, kudos," Will said, trying to sound as enthusiastic as possible. "And, as a personal favor to the rest of you, I've put away my Easy Listening collection. Because you guys were right. And it's our job as performers to give our audience what they want. So, as usual, we're starting this meeting with you guys. Let's hear it!"

"Hey guys! Welcome to the new, New Directions," Will announced excitedly to the group. "I want you all to give a big welcome to our newest addition, Sunshine Corazon. I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I say we are very excited to have you join us and to see what you have to offer to the club," he said, leading the rest of the club in a round of applause. "Okay you guys, so we're going to be trying something kinda new this year. I really want to hear from all of you, so from now on, each Wednesday, I'm giving the floor to you guys for a bit. I want to hear ideas, I want to know what you want. So, let's here 'em!"

"Welcome to the 2010 auditions for New Directions!" Will said enthusiastically, while he looked out over the auditorium at everyone who had arrived. "Good luck, and I can't wait to see what you guys have prepared for today." And with that, he bounded off stage and took a seat before calling off the first name.

Will stood at the front of the choir room, looking out at everyone who had arrived, and smiling brightly.

"Welcome to New Directions!" He started cheerfully. "And for some of you, welcome back. It's great to see you all. Now, as you may or may not know, Auditions take place next Wednesday. You're all expected to audition, even if you were in the club last year. But today, I just want us to get used to all being in the same room together again, and bouncing whatever ideas you may have for this year off me and off one another." And with that said, he motioned to the rest of the group to let them know they could begin.
