It didn't take a genius to know that whatever was about to happen between Quinn, Santana, and Brittany, it wasn't going to be pretty. Although they were all her friends, Lizzie had absolutely no interest in participating in this fight, especially since it had to do with the brain-melting information that two of her friends had had a three-way with one of those friends' boyfriend what the hell. Basically she needed a distraction, one that didn't involve the Cheerios at all, and Matt seemed like an excellent candidate. It wasn't long before Lizzie arrived at the Rutherford house, her ice skates and sled in the backseat of her car, and went to ring the doorbell.

Also, if you have noticed, Santana has taken it upon herself to inform Brittany that Santa Claus does not exist. While this is true, I strongly feel it is for the best if Brittany keeps believing in Santa Claus. I think we should go to the mall to visit the mall Santa. That would probably work.

The previous night, Quinn and Mercedes had worked hard to bake enough cookies for everyone who would show up to her (and Lizzie's) party. As it grew closer to the time when they were supposed to meet at the park, she double checked to make sure the house was clean and that all the cookies were ready on the serving dishes. Satisfied with everything, she bundled up in her winter gear and set off for the park, ready for a (hopefully) fun afternoon.
