Well this is weird

Hi, so we've talked a little about transparency and trust and blah blah blah. So, I figured I should make the offer.

Recently there was some activity as one of the HYDRA bases that we assume handled the Winter Soldier program. It's been taken care of and the facility is officially completely shut down, along with all of it's ... tools. Anyway...

In getting there and getting out and stopping HYDRA, yet more blah blah blah, I've happened up on a certain file load. Most of it I've just straight up destroyed because it's disgusting and mentally scarring just for me I can't believe this stuff actually happened and I almost want to go back and punch more people but there's some of it relating specifically to you.

I haven't looked at it -seemed a little like peeking into a diary- but it's entirely up to you. You can have it, whatever it all is, if you'd find a use for it at all, otherwise it will make a nice bonfire in trash of my apartment. I don't want to just get rid of it if it's something you might want/need/get use of.

I don't even know why they'd keep some of this stuff though

Took them long enough to get a message board like this up and running. It seems to be easier to communicate this way.

God knows we could do better at communicating around here.

Ah, the Fourth of July. That eternal give-and-take.

After all, if you want to kill someone and keep it quiet, what better time than when 'patriotism' means having the loudest, most obnoxious bomb on the block?

On the other hand, what if you want to make a statement to the masses, and it can't wait until the fifth? Guess you've gotta go big.
