| A few quick things |

Well, as some of you may of heard, Bryce has bowed out of the game, so Deadpool and Patriot are both now available. As such, I think I'm going to give up playing Wiccan as well when the current Young Avenger thread is complete (which will probably be tonight, if I get moving). In the Mighty Avenger thread Bill is going to play out Deadpool for now, and I think he'll probably be making a quick exit. I know there was a side story going on with Deadpool stealing something from Castle Doom, so hopefully we can still find a way to play that out.
As a side note, I just started school full time, so I apologized if I take a little bit longer to get my replies up. I should still be able to get on here just about every night, so they won't be too much slower, just wanted to give y'all a heads up.
With that out of the way, I hope everyone's enjoying themselves, and I'm really excited about all of you new players joining us and the new characters getting picked up. Looks like my dreams about applications pouring in ended up being true after all, haha. |

Yo,
I am Spy (a girl!) and I'm quite pleased to see a canon based game floating around out there. I come bringing Ares, the ruthless, misogynistic, god of War. Shockingly, I love this guy even thought he's the exact opposite in personality than mine. Are is based after the Oeming characterization with a few of Bendis' touches during Ares' worst days. Which are fairly often. I'm also adding a bit from the mythology to this, since Greg Pak is doing that in the Herc title.
If you'd like to chat with me I'm on blueisaqua on aim, and I'm friendly if a bit introverted.
I do have a plot question; I see that Mighty is going at it with Dr. Doom and I wanted to know how I should introduce Ares. I'm willing to wait and I'm willing to have Ares jump in with recommendations by other players and the mods. |

We created this journal to play NPC's, or characters that you need but we don't have yet. Thus the Venom icon, because Eddie Brock is about to get into a fight with Mac Gargan, so we're gonna act it out through this. It's open to anyone who needs it though, so just let us know if you wanna use it, or if you want one of us to act out a character for you =)
Unrelatedly, is it just me, or is Iron Man chasing Doctor Doom chasing Deadpool, who is running to get into a time machine that a bunch of Avengers just accidentally fell into the most hilarious thing ever? haha. |

| Dreams and plots |

Well over the past week or so I've been woken from sleep a few times now with uncontrollable excitement, because I had a dream that I checked my email and there were several apps in there, haha. Each time I have this dream I wake up and lunge straight for my computer, only to be let down when I see no one's actually applied. I have faith though that I'm developing precognitive powers and sometime in the next week or so we'll get a few more players.
Both of us mods have been putting up ads like mad men recently, so far to no avail, but hopefully we'll get some kind of response soon. If y'all have any ideas of how else we can attract some more players, or know of anyone that might be interested, don't hesitate to let us know. We're hoping to get a Secret Invasion story line going, but we'll need a few more before we could really pull that off.
I think the players and stories we have right now though are top notch, and I'm having a lot of fun, so thank you guys for jumping into this and keep up the good work =)
I have a plot question though, which is why I came dressed up as the Golden Boy. Wasp and Sentry are in Doom's basement at the foot of his Time Platform, and if they were to accidentally send themselves into the past I think insane levels of shenanigans would occur, as Doom, Iron man, and Deadpool would have to team-up and coexist to go find them and stop them from messing up the time stream and altering reality, haha. I know there's already some side stories going on and such, but this could just keep things flowing and stretch them out for a bit longer. If you hate the idea though, by all means let me know, haha. What are your thoughts? |

I have a problem.
I can't read Deadpool posts w/o just reading the yellow boxes. They're bright and they're like "LOOK AT ME" and I laugh...so hard ;_; Christ. I think Bryce is attempting to kill me with humor.

I noticed a lot of character histories end with their trip to Latveria to confront Doom about the symbiote attack. I was thinking we should all get on the same page about where we're starting off with regards to everyone involved in that, so our first posts don't contradict or start at different times.
