Re: @ The Young Royals
"Depends on the specifics," Mateo jested, about 'more' being merrier. But the telepath wasn't dumb to her true meaning. He appreciated that she'd gotten a chance at a new, broader (and trying) family. It built character. Like Brayden. A character.
Ever the gentleman, Mateo had raised his glass in her kindly-worded bastards toast, then smirked after he swallowed at Rhia's wisdom concerning his step-brother. "I put Charlotte on the case, don't worry." The cook was technically off duty for the night, having done her work for the last few days, but she was never one to let someone go hungry - especially not an attractive, vulnerable prince. Ah, they had fun.
"NC-17, hm." It wasn't an inaccurate description, he'd gathered. And yes, 'Teo had done his recollective homework on various Asgardians. And Freyr. Stupidly. "Revelry, sure, but I'm not sure I should debauch," he chuckled. He was like his father in that regard - cautious. Especially in the current climate and locale. "The grounds are sprawling, though," he said after a very light snooping. "It'd be a shame to miss the bonfires and dancing," the feral fellow said to the magical miss. "Waste of a good outfit," he gestured to Rhia, then to his own springy, leafy garlands. "It's weird to think that a few months back I would've been sent to bed soon," he said with a flare of his nostrils as he smirked. Not that he would've stayed there, mind.
