"You don't say..." Loki snipped at Thor's final advice. "Thank first, kill later," he said of the men his brother had referenced. He always had a new debt to pay and an old foe to battle yield to in peace. "Break a leg," the Odinson said before he disappeared from sight, hopefully before riling up the peanut gallery within view of him. Once below the palace which he'd come to know quite well (third time's the charm?), Loki set to the dungeons and held his breath at the stench and in anticipation. He had created copies of himself to speak to each section of the magically barred cells, then began: "Helheim is under siege by Asgard, and the Allfather Thor has bestowed this realm with a new king." There was grumbling and voices began to rise. Loki sent out a waist-high flash of light throughout the 'facility' to silence the rabble.
"Listen!" Deep breath. "You will fight this final time alongside the Allfather, and will then be ferried to Valhalla upon our victory! Hela is gone, Thor has reclaimed the throne and rebuilt Asgard; we have a queen. It is our mission to right the wrongs that befell our people - many of you included!" The bars dissipated then, and Loki took a leap of faith that he wouldn't be gutted by the army he'd mistreated during their living days. "Follow me!" Oh shit, they were doing it... Still, he picked up the pace...
It was time to lead them to the castle's center and wait for Nathaniel's appearance.
