I am so sorry. Virgin put my internet installation back and I have been going stir crazy. I'm here now!

So, I'm visiting my brother and he just moved, so he is without internet. I will not be around, likely, for the next few days. I am then going with my parents to Vegas to do some sight-seeing, so I'll definitely be unavailable Thursday through Saturday!

When I get back, I'd love to do some threads and chat things up with you guys on what we can do for some fun! :)

Hi! It's Sarah here (Tony Stark) and I'd like to introduce Simon. He's from the BBC show In The Flesh. I think Mana down there explained the premise pretty well, so I'll just stick with introducing Simon.

He's one of the (now ex) disciples of the Undead Prophet, kind of one of his special followers, entrusted with certain duties. He's a good leader and has a 'way of listening that makes you seem like the only person on earth'. He has plenty of issues, though, he just hides them well.

I'd love some plots and some threads with both him and Tony, who needs to go bother people.

Hi everyone, Mana again with another character. I don't have a problem or anything.

I figured I'd try and help break up the Marvel block by throwing in a bit more obscure of a character. This here is Kieren Walker from the BBC series In The Flesh. The basic premise is, in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse known as "The Rising", a medication was produced that allowed the undead to return to more or less their old selves (minus actually being alive), so long as they continue to take it. The undead are referred to as suffering from Partially Deceased Syndrome, A.K.A. PDS, and are sent back to their old lives. Naturally, given that the Rising happened only a few short years ago and the zombies killed a lot of people, that means that the decision to return PDS sufferers back into the public is met with... mixed feelings.

Kieren is a PDS sufferer from the little town of Roarton, which is particularly divisive in its feelings on the partially deceased. He's coming in from a place with a whole lot of discrimination and in fighting, so he'll probably be expecting more of that here. It'll definitely take him some time to settle in (it doesn't help that he's claustrophobic and will be waking up in a hibernation pod, and doesn't have immediate access to his medication), but once he does, he's a very sweet and caring guy, if a little on the socially awkward side. So yeah, I'm rambling. Plots would be awesome! I also posted an open thread if anyone is interested!

Christie here, with a second character, here to gently carress these ship engines into shape :D. This is Kaylee Frye from Firefly. She's adorable. I've never played her before, and she's a bit of a departure from type for me, but I'm excited to give her a whirl.

Also, cause I forget if I introed him or not: I have Clint Barton ihatespace from the MCU. He's been playing doctor with Captain America around the ship for a bit. You've probably run into him.

Hiya new buddies! I'm Mana and I'm pleased to be bringing you Bruce Banner, here. Given that Marvel apparently now takes up about half of the comm, I'm pretty sure ya'll know who he is, but just in case; he's the Hulk. Big green dude. Anger problem. Adorable little awkward gentleman the rest of the time.

Anyhoo, I'm super excited to be here, and if Bruce fits in I'll definitely be bringing in another character to round out some other fandoms more. Not sure who yet, but I've got a couple ideas. Also I have a similar problem to Sarah down below when it comes to communication, so feel free to nudge me as needed as well.

I meant to intro here the other day, but then I ended up having a busy weekend and I got distracted. But I'm R, and this is Steve.

Captain America is one of my favourite Marvel characters, and I'm bringing him in post-CA:TWS, so he's all fixed up after downing a helicarrier and being saved by The Little Mermaid Bucky Barnes.

He's a good guy, a born leader, a soldier, a strong-willed and stubborn man who wants to do the right thing at any cost to himself (and preferably, no cost to anyone else). He's an optimist with a lot of faith in others, but he's in no way naive, innocent, or a pushover. Like Enjolras, Steve is capable d'être terrible, if someone is threatening the freedom or safety of other people, he won't tolerate it.

But you know, he's mostly just a pretty chill guy who wants to help others :)

Hi there. The heck with it, I'm Liz, and I'm pretty much an RP addict, and I was very happy to find this comm because I despaired of finding a place where the character I'm playing would fit in. So I'm grateful to be here!


I'm playing Agent Washington, (AKA Wash) formerly of Project Freelancer, from RoosterTeeth's long-running web series Red vs. Blue. While the series is filmed in various Halo game engines, or animated from Halo assets, Red vs Blue's cannon is somewhat divergent from that of the Halo series of games.


Wash is a firearms expert and also pretty proficient in close quarters combat, as well as having some facility with infiltration and technology. On the other hand, cars seem to hate him. He's pretty good with tactics and has some leadership experience, and above all else he's definitely a survivor. He's a soldier through and through, although his head got broken for awhile due to being implanted with a defective A.I. named Epsilon. He's somewhat recovered now, though.

Beneath the two thousand pounds of battle armor, neural implants, strengthened bone structure and accelerated reflexes, I've chosen Jensen Ackles as his played by face, though his voice still remains that of his voice actor, Shannon McCormick.

Greetings and salutations and blah blah blah! I'm new, I'm bringing in just one character, Alana from the gorgeous comic Saga. It's a sci-fi/fantasy space opera about family and parenthood--and robots and war and ghosts and okay basically about a lot of things. Alana herself is an ex-soldier (who failed at being a soldier because she broke an enemy POW out of jail and subsequently married him, whoopsy daisy), politically a pacifist but certainly willing to muddy the line when it comes to defending her family, and a new mother.

She's also totally not human--she actually looks like this, complete with wings and green hair. She's got baby Hazel with her because she'd go ballistic without her okay, and I am intensely open for plots and ideas!

I am so late in this and I apologize. I'm having problems of the dental pain kind and have no shame in admitting I have curled up into a ball and wanted to cry from pain.

Hi, I'm Sigi and I'm addicted to rp, coffee and Doctor Who. I'm new to both this game and to playing the 12th Doctor, no dah. I admit I know spoilers for the upcoming season but not to worry, I won't spoil anyone who doesn't want to know who intends to be watching! Can I possibly say who even more?

AnyWHO, 12's canon point is after the first episode 'Deep Breath'. After the adventure he was travelling briefly on his own when he finds himself on board.

It's great to have the chance to find out what the new Doctor is all about!

This is Natasha Romanoff. If you've seen any of the Marvel movies then you know who she is and what she does. She's also known as the Black Widow. Once upon a time, she was a spy for the KGB until Clint Barton made another call. Now she fights on the good side. Or, you know, she THOUGHT she did until the events of Winter Soldier. So that's fun times. While Natasha is not necessarily a leadery type, she is a good person for information. She's a computer hacker type who is amazing with people and getting the information she wants (without torturing them heyyyy! But you know, she's really good at the torture too). She also has no problem airlocking people either, so you know, that'll be fun. I'm up for any kind of antics.
