[Some sniffling can be heard over the communicator; Honey's just arrived, you see, and his wide amber eyes are taking in the welcome text that's scrolling over the screen in front of his face. He doesn't want to be here, in prison, surrounded by unfamiliar sights. Anyone happening by the entrance to the education center will be able to witness as the tiny blonde begins to sob.]

Uuu... I... I... [sniffle] Uwaaahhahhh!! I’m sorry, I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to be a bad boy! I’ll be good from now on! I’ll eat less cake, and I’m only taking my bunny to university once every three days! You don’t have to lock me up, ‘cuz I’ll do better! I promise, I promise...

[Finally free of his ball and chain, he's glad to be up and around, he can move more freely now.]

This place is hard to get used to -- I've never seen or heard of a prison being run like this... It's better than what it could be, I guess.

[Private to Gino]

I talked to Sentience... It said to talk to you about the defense team -- so tell me what you need me to do.

[Private to Suzaku]

Still -- up for that sparring match?

[Today is a glorious day for Vash because today he can move freely. It's a relief that Sentience has offered him a little more independence and Vash chose to take it by finding himself a place to live outside the shelter. A morning's worth of exploration and he discovered the bar which was a welcome sight, as well as the store, the bath house and a good many other things within the dome.

He also discovered that the many houses and apartments located in the dome were mostly empty. It appeared as though most people lived in the shelter, and that was enough to make Vash give pause and wonder if there might be a good reason for that. The best conclusion he could reach was to be close to the cafeteria. That seemed like an excellent reason to stay in the shelter as far as Vash was concerned, but there was a far better reason to live outside it. Many of the people that knew the other Vash appeared to live in the shelter and... Honestly, Vash rather wanted to avoid them at this point.

He felt badly for them, and more than a little guilty. It was like somehow his presence removed the others', even if he had no idea that was true or not. He wanted to spare them the trouble, and it seemed like the best thing he could do was keep his distance.

So right now, he was at the convenience store, stocking up on things for his new apartment. He'd also found some heavier clothes and was now sporting a long red scarf around his neck and some fuzzy earmuffs. ....The fact he didn't have to pay was still weirding him out.]

Hello. To the woman responsible for those mistletoe robots, please rest assured that I will find you.

((Dahlia is locked up safe and sound in her room, and is not coming out for the remainder of the day.))
[voice | action] KISSING!
22 December 2009 at 06:27 pm
AH HA! [You might hear subtle hints of things exploding in the background—small things! It's really more like popping. Nothing at all to concern yourself with!]

Now that the prototype is done, I'd like to—what was that phrasing again? Ah yes!—wish you all a Merry Christmas. My gifts for everyone should be making their way around.

((OOC: See this post for details on the randomized kissing couples and how Mistletoe-kun operates. Feel free to comment here directly to Anissina or to play out your random kissing—just make it clear in the subject please!))

[There is a loud crash, and then the sound of some muffled movement, as Dino chases after his headset that had gone skittering across the floor, and had turned on sometime during the chaos.]

What in the world is…

[There’s a pause as he reads the message, and he lets out a nervous laugh.]

Well damn. Hello? Is this on? [He presses a few buttons, and accidentally turns on the video feed. His face appears, looking a bit distraught, and a bit unbelieving of the whole situation.]

What’s going on here? Prison? Really?

[There's a little, blond boy pouting into the screen of his communication device. He's in the kitchen, sitting on a stool at a counter, feet kicking and eating ice cream he found in the freezer. The fact that he had to use a chair to get to it wasn't much of a deterrent, but it annoyed him.

Stupid girl. Stupid hunter-boy.

Hanabusa is not in a good mood.]

Where is everyone? Aren't there any other vampires around here?

[He stabs his spoon into his ice cream again.]

[A beautiful, lilting piano melody can be heard over the communicators. Little Gokudera doesn't really know anything about how they work, only that it lets him understand Yamamoto, so he didn't mute the thing before he started playing. Currently, the young Italian is seated on the bench in front of the piano in sector zero's common room. His legs aren't even long enough that he can reach the pedals, but Gokudera is still playing with a seriousness about him that's almost unfitting of a boy his age. Currently, the only person present to witness this little concert is Yamamoto, but he wouldn't mind if others stopped to listen]

What a stupid boring place!

It's probably all mom and dad's fault. They don't know anything because grown ups are stupid!

Who's gonna take me and Kaoru home now?

Um, hello again. First of all, I wanted to welcome all of the young people and to tell you not to worry. I haven't been here long. [Pauses, wondering if that statement will bother the people she had forgotten knowing, but there was no way to retract it now.] This is a nice place, and I'm sure you'll be home soon.

[Lowers her voice a little since she isn't sure how to use filters yet.] Cornelia? Lelouch? I heard you were here and... [another pause because she doesn't want to sound as worried as she feels] I'd really like to talk to you if you have a moment. I...um, never mind.

Ugh. What, did I wake up in a zoo now? [Tiny children shrieking in ear. Tsk.

After a brief sigh his voice becomes loud, sarcastic, and yet...playful.]

Mommies must be the greatest people in the world! I guess it's just funny that you're all making such a big deal out of them.

'Course I wouldn't know the reason.

For those of you who have not been reduced to children, could you answer me one simple question. Does this type of situation happen often around here?

[With Sentience's announcement, and seeing two of her friends already thinking they're children again, she's jumped to conclusions and thinks her other two friends are out there with no memories of this place either.]

Riku, Sora? Where are you two? Please...come out.

[A pause as she mulls over her options.] Has anyone seen them in the shelter? I need to find them as soon as possible.

[Maya wakes up after the morning announcements and finds herself in a strange bed in a place she doesn't remember. It's not Kurain Village, that's for sure.

She hasn't visited Mia's apartment in the city yet, but she guesses that's where she is. It's not like she's seen much of the world at her young age. So if it wasn't Kurain Village, it had to be Mia's apartment she woke up at. Even if she doesn't remember leaving Kurain Village at all.

Maya finds the headset on the nightstand beside her and puts it on. Mia did say she was going to buy a new cellphone since she's going to college now, maybe this is it. She presses the button labeled "voice" and talks, though she's not sure how it works really.]

Mia? Where are you?

[She sees the "Steel Samurai" poster she put up yesterday, but has no recognition of it. Though it does look neat.]

And what's this wall hanging, Mia? "Steel Samurai", what's that?

...Mia? [She looks in the other room in the suite but finds nobody there. So she steps outside into the corridor and notices there's no real sunlight.]

...Where is this?

[Hey, if you're paying attention, you miiight just hear someone taking a deeeeeep deep breath over the communicator. But unless you've got quick reflexes and yank your headset off right at that moment, you're probably going to be deafened in one ear, sorry]

[Never mind that his brother is sitting a mere fifteen feet away from him in the same room. Everyone else was yelling for people, right?]
20 October 2009 at 08:27 am

I don't like this.

Onii-chan! Where are you? I hope this isn't another surprise test...

Hey wait...where's the Fang Regalia? What's going on?

((Ignore the icons. MiniKito has no eyepatch, both eyes are showing))
19 October 2009 at 04:08 pm
[There is currently a little boy looking about 6-7 years old with red-orange hair hurrying through the corridors of Sector 0. He's really worried, having woken up in a place he doesn't recognize, and finding this strange contraption on his head, but when he can't figure out what it is-despite having connected his voice to the network--decides it's better not to remove it.

Now he is on a search.]

Mum! Mum, where are you?!

[Josak is lost, but all that matters is that he find his mother. She's been ill too often lately and he needs to make sure she is okay. This place is very strange to him, and he wonders if this is a new place that the soldiers have brought them to.]

{ooc: Josak is young (ignore the age of the icons, please >>), but half-Mazoku aging makes him look even younger. He's from before his mother died and he met Conrad and his father Dan Hiri Weller.}

[Curled up against a building, tucked into the ally way is a little girl. Her legs are pulled up tight to her chest and she's trembling. If you listen closely you can hear the tears and fear in her voice.]

S-Scary...It's scary. Headmaster...

[She sniffles several times, shifting. Pulling into herself more if possible, her head is buried in her arms and she's shaking, irrationally terrified. Lost...with no memory of how she had gotten here, it reminded her of that one time so long ago.
She hiccuped on a frightened sob.]

[What was worst for a young ten years old kid than wake up in a strange room, with no memories of ever being there, being woken up by a strange voice coming from his head and without his family? Probably nothing. A soft crying could be hear when Len didn't recognize his surroundings. Once he has calmed down a little (but not much) he gathers the courage to leave the room and search for his family.

Once in the hallways, he starts screaming]

Riiiiiin!! Mummy! Daddy!! Where are youuuuu? I am scared...

[He then notices the strange thing in his head and freaks out again]

Wh-what is this thing?!

[Spike is sitting in the kitchen when his bleached hair turns a light brown and his body becomes alive and human.] Oh, dear.

[Looking around at the unfamiliar room with big eyes, growing more afraid and frantic as he sees strange, metallic devices like...microwaves.] Where in heavens am I!? What the devil has attached itself to my face?! What manner of beasts are those!?!?!

Muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum!??!?! [Small, scared former vampire is small and scared and now hiding under a table.]
