[When the video feed clicks on, the camera is bouncing and spinning for several seconds before finally sliding to a stop, giving a fortunately right-side-up image of the railing around the dolphin observation deck. A few seconds later a pair of hands reach up, grasp onto the lowest bar of the railing, and haul the attached person up.]

[Seishirou is sopping wet, shirtless, and barefoot, and doesn't seem to mind any of this at all. He swings over the railing and starts forward, stopping only long enough to pick up the communicator -- accidentally switching it off in the process.]

[hey Marina, Subaru kept ruining batches of chocolate-- he's not very good at it-- and waited too late to mail out all of his Valentine's presents... as such, now that he's finally perfected a few batch of delicious cookies, he's packaged them up and is delivering them on foot, running as fast as he can to see everyone! They're cookies in batches of five, adorable little heart shaped chocolate chip cookies wrapped in red paper with your name on them. He'll be delivering to: Kamui Shirou, Kamui, Subaru, Fuuma Monou, Seishirou, Fuuma, Venom, Tamaki, Kyouya, Kaito, Orihime, Axel, Buffy, Gamzee, Kobato, Suzaku (plus ones for Euphemia!), Lelouch, Sakura, Juri, Ashura, Nunnally, Mileina, Fai, C.C., Allen, Lavi, Jun, Maya, Nena, Aqua, Jennifer, Cain, Jeanne, Lacus, Yuuki, Alice, Conrad, Naoya, Dean, Saki, Zero, LEOPARD (can you even eat them), Miranda, Duo, and Feferi. The things I have learned in Marina: They should include this in those brochures.

One, costume parties. Don't go to them. If you must drag yourself over there, try wearing your own clothes. 'Wearing your own clothes to a costume party, Damon?' I know, I know. Genius.

Two, the quickest way to draw attention to yourself is to talk about vampires. Try it out! Cry wolf if you want to. Just remember, it's a sensitive topic. There's a guy somewhere around here that takes them very seriously. A little too seriously.

Three, you can't walk from one end of the dome to another without meeting a defense patrol member. They're everywhere. Thank you - defense force - for protecting the lives of the crimi- sorry, citizens of Marina. I, for one, commend you. Try not to screw up anytime soon.

[Finally getting a chance to eat, Aeristal makes his way to the kitchens. Too bad all the meat is frozen. It was something of a surprise to see the night before. Such advanced machines.

But he heard about the fridge with his kind of meal and opens it--only to wrinkle his nose.]

Why is there a "refrigerator" of human blood? If vampires are being encouraged to drink human blood, how does that ensure no troubles with the residents here? [Whoever thought human blood would be an acceptable diet for a vampire in the first place?]

[Kamui... Subaru can't help but frown.] It's impossible for me to have moved on without him.

[For a long moment, he doesn't say more, merely tries to adjust the device, unknowing that it was already recording his voice. Subaru figures it out though, despite not being too familiar with such things, and his voice is just a little sharp, but firm.]

Excuse me, to anyone that might be able to hear this. [A pause.] My name is Subaru.

There is someone here that I need to find immediately. If at all possible, I would... appreciate any assistance in doing so.

[ his hands are shaking as he leaps across rooftops, pausing here and there to use scent and senses to find him. he'll be restrained. he can do it this time.

[The video feed turns on to reveal a young, dark-haired man staring at the screen. He has one brown eye and a plain, featureless glass one, and he smiles pleasantly at the camera.] A prison, hm? [His tone is one of amusement.] I've seen a lot of different places in my travels, but this... Well, an underwater dome is certainly impressive. I wouldn't have thought I would find myself in side a place such a this.

[He pauses for a moment before continuing.] It's unique, but I suppose billions of gallons of water are more effective than walls of any height or thickness. Which brings me to my next question: what is the best way to get in touch with those in charge of this facility?
