[As people arrived, Ribbons would be giving them brief instructions as to how they are to welcome the Parcel Mistress as she arrived -- and that is with a very hearty, "SURPRISE!"

[Josak is at the recreation center. It's been a while since he really applied himself to his training, and after speaking to Conrad, he decided he should make the time. The physical activity is always fun. So you might find this big guy practicing some aerobatics or working through a few routines with his sword.

But he also has something else to do. Like keep Jennifer from getting too involved with all of the more crazy people she meets here.]

What are these things...? [Sitting in his big comfortable chair looking out the window at the fog. He swears he sees something...moving out there. What is it? For a split second he sees something that is clearly not...safe, and it's trying to get into his mansion. He hears the scratching and banging on the walls and it's just not a good thing.] How dare these creatures try to break into my mansion...?

[Walks out into the entrance area, strangely unafraid and turns his communicator to voice.]

For any of those who happen to be near my mansion, I would suggest you get inside. Those monsters don't exactly look friendly.

[Filtered to Elizabeth.] Stay safe, Lizzie. Don't do anything reckless... [He doesn't know where you are, otherwhise he would be yelling at you to come to him where he thinks it's safe.]

[Action again. He doesn't need his communicator for this.] Sebastian. Don't let those things get into my mansion.

[ the video opens to a wide picture of... a little girl. she doesn't look more than 10 years old, and she can be seen sitting down in a room, kicking her legs while addressing the communicator. as she kicks, the rattle of a chain can be heard, like what you would hear from someone who is restrained.

Good afternoon Marina.

I surely hope you have not grown tired of celebrations and festivities for there is another occasion that we simply cannot overlook: as you may recall, back in 71st Day of this generation, the hard work of our fellow inmate, the Peregrine Mendicant, has given birth to the Marina Postal Office.

Mrs Jennifer Shibuya, Hiling Care and myself would therefore like to invite you all, inmates old and new -- to a little surprise teatime gathering to be held at the Postal Office tomorrow, right when the Peregrine Mendicant comes back from making her rounds. Cakes, pies and tea -- hot and iced -- shall be served.

We also welcome any assistance with regards to setting up decor, tables and chairs for we only have a small window of time to get everything set up before she comes back.

Again, this is a surprise for our dear parcel mistress, so we would like to ask you not to tell her of this~

...A prison?

[The girl who's managed to turn on the communicator is tiny, and seems a bit dazed. There are faint smudges on her communicator--it seems like she originally had it on over her eyepatch, which is really a bit silly.]

...Excuse me...is anyone named 'Rokudo Mukuro' here...?

[If it's a prison, it's worth looking, even if she can't sense him, right?]

[There's a clear note of panic in Sakura's voice.] Somebody - Someone help!


((ooc: Itachi is sick and collapsed and bleeding everywhere and Sakura is rightfully so freaking out. Anything goes so long as Itachi is not getting healed! If you'd like to have your character come on over you're welcome to, just remember no healing or attempts at curing or hauling to the hospital for Itachi will protest!))

This is a strange and unseemly turn of events. To be chained like this. [a sigh] It certainly will make things difficult.

[There’s a silence for a few minutes after that, Sebastian has spotted the welcome basket and brochure and is making sure to read it thoroughly. If he’s going to be put in an Asylum, he'd like to know everything he can about it.

The video flickers on to reveal a handsome, well dressed man, smiling at those who are watching. He probably looks familiar to some people, having been here before, although he won’t remember his previous stay at the prison.]

I must thank whoever put together this welcome basket, knowing this will certainly make things easier.

[He glances behind him slightly, turning only his eyes away from the camera. He’s no longer smiling, and there’s actually a somewhat annoyed expression on his face.]

I must inquire the whereabouts of the young Master. The building behind me is an exact replica of our home in London, and this, among other reasons, has led me to believe he is here.

[Opens his unveiled eye and the first thing he sees is a message. This is very startling for someone who was just plucked out of the nineteenth century. Not to mention that he;s half asleep.]

[He stares at the message for a second and then gets up slowly and takes the device off his eye so he can see the world around him.] Where is this...? [Brows knit a little.]

[After a moment of fiddling, he turns the video setting to on.]

I demand to know where I am, right now.

[After a pause.] Also, where's my butler?

[Ciel Phantomhive is not happy.]

[Several minutes have already been spent fiddling with the new Present wrapped around His majestic face. He has discerned that it has several functions, and that it is indeed a present, likely from a fan. This new katamari, on the other hand, He has been rolling at it for some time, now, and nothing has stuck just yet.] How peculiar. This katamari seems to be broken.

[Those who care are treated to His regal face dispassionately examining his ball, rolling it around with his hands, His feet, whatever will push it.] This katamari is broken, We recommend replacing it. Perhaps it is because the bumps have fallen off. It is too smooth, too sinister. [Then, He notices the chain.] Is this another new-rule katamari? A pulling katamari! How novel!

[He then begins walking in slow circles, humming a jaunty tune about the majesty of the glorious turtle to those who care to listen. The King is assured that eventually, something will stick. So far, nothing has, much to the very tall man's chagrin.]

[Man, she feels like she has been sleeping for a long time. Last thing she was doing was spending time with Ciel, Sebastian, and Soma, which Lizzie suddenly become his "little sister", which she has no problems with! She wiggled herself up and is sitting on her knees, her dress spread out on the floor slightly. After looking around......]

[She remembers this place! Despite it being a prison, there was good people here and she made friends. Her crimes are also still the same. Would they remember her? Lizzie turned on her communicator, as how she slightly remembers it. She and the camera looked back at each other, until she gave a smile.]

Marina? [Pause. It's a little awkward...]

Um, hello! I apologize, but I don't really have much to say right now besides i'm back, I suppose? [Laughs a little.]

Everyone! I have been thinking of something lately. Ever since Ciel left, the mansion we lived in has been quite empty besides me and Mareep. Not to mention there is plenty of guest rooms!

So, for those that has no play to stay or is still living in the shelter, I would like to offer a room for you! The Phantomhive estate, which is the mansion I live in, is located in Sector Five. It's a nice place, each of the rooms are nicely furnished. It took Sebastian days to complete, but he did a wonderful job before he left! And don't worry, I got the place fixed up for new residents.

So, if you are interested in moving or want to look at the place, just ask! I would be glad to give tours or help moving.

[ooc: GUEST ROOMS are open! Lizzie will keep them open until it's started to get majorly crowded. It's a nice place, but.........Don't expect Lizzie to allow the crazies into the home. 8|]

[The video clicks on to show a well-groomed man in a black suit, with a extremely irritated expression on his face.] What is this nonsense... [Sounding very agitated and looking very agitated;] Grell Sutcliff, what kind of joke is this? I have had enough of your games.

…Putting me in here and saying that this is a prison--it is unacceptable. [He motions around himself- he's in the park in Sector 4, so anyone walking by might notice him wandering around, muttering to himself.] And what is worse, my Death-Scythe is gone. [He took the welcome message as a complete joke, too.]

[The video feed comes on and it's Josak again! And doesn't he look just gorgeous in his cheerleader uniform? He's been practicing in Sector 6 today just as the squad is supposed to. Oh look at those breasts bounce while he does jumping jacks! He made them himself.~]

Little Miss Captain, I heard you over the network! Welcome back, the squad truly needs your guidance. We have been slacking... [have a pouty, remorseful looking Josak]

But don't worry! We'll bring ourselves back into shape, darling.~

Good morning, inmates. It is the 64th day of the third generation.

Beginning today the average daily temperature will be raised to adjust to a more summer atmosphere. Those of you with a colder wardrobe may want to consider seeking lighter attire for the coming weeks.

Requests for the following inmates are waiting at the entrance to Sector 0: Kitty Pryde the younger, Rei Ayanami, and Lady Elizabeth Middleford. For those parties who are interested, the punishment for inmates Tyki Mikk and Kitty Pryde the elder is over today. Please see a remote unit for assistance removing the collars.

[Risa has discovered the Pet Cafe. She doesn't plan to get a pet - she's sure Takami-senpai wouldn't like one, and doesn't know about Akane's view on them either - but so many cute little animals! Some she's never seen before!

She's got a blissful smile on her face as she wanders around, petting bunnies and wiggling her fingers at kittens and gaping at the tiny dragons.

She never notices that a tiny balloon appears to be following her around. Will someone else?]

[You can kind of hear some sniffling, but people should know what happened to Ciel. After talking with Acumen, she was sitting in the park, holding Mareep in her arms. She tries her hardest not to cry, but she can't help to make a few sniffs and such. She wiped her eyes before turning her communicator on. Yesterday, she was all cheerful. Now, she sounds a little upset. What a strange mood shift.]

Um.....Everyone? I just want to say that Ciel isn't in Marina anymore. I'll still be staying in our estate though with the maid, Maylene. I think Sebastian is gone too, since he never leaves Ciel's side.

Also, I'll be teaching the Orientation class at the school for the newcomers. Anyone can come if they want to know things they don't know about yet, even if i'm still learning some things.

[Early Morning - Open]

[Those who are out and about in Sector 5 this morning may notice a Rei, wandering the streets and peering up at the buildings around her. She has decided that she's going to move out of the shelter after her conversation with Axel, to try and find a place she can call home. She's not exactly sure what she's looking for - house or apartment? Large or small? - but she plans to live alone, and she knows she wants to be close to Sector 6 so that she can reach her LCL tank easily.

She carries an umbrella just in case it begins to rain, and just as she stops to examine a small house, it does. She opens the umbrella and tilts it over her head, then continues walking. She's more used to apartments, so that will probably be a better choice.]

[10:00 AM - Closed]

[Rei pushes clothing idly around the racks as she waits for Elizabeth, still no closer to having figured out what she likes or doesn't like when it comes to clothes. Hopefully Elizabeth can help her pick something for the Defense Force gathering, and maybe something new to wear every day. She does look at other girls, after all, and she knows that she doesn't dress like most of them.

Still pretending to be interested in the products in front of her, she watches the door, waiting.]
