This system has determined that traversing the dome at this time would be extremely difficult if not impossible for most inmates with the amount of snow currently present.

There is no cause for alarm: clearing the snow away will take an estimated two days, but there are plenty of provisions in the shelter for your continued stay. You are advised to remain where you are for the time being and relax while the cleaning process finishes and the snow is dealt with.
