[When Ciel first awakes, he feels that his day will be just as annoying as it usually would be. However, upon breakfast time, it became evident that his main annoyance was gone. With further investigation, he discovered that not only was Alois gone, but he wasn't even in the dome.

Now, Ciel feels that he should be happy about this. However, the young boy is very disgruntled. And the fact that he doesn't know why he's disgruntled just leaves him even angrier.

Too furious to sit still, Ciel ventured out to the butterfly pavilion, where he is now resting on a bench. In his hands is a bag of homemade chocolates that he never even opened. His eyes narrow, obviously irked.]

Tch. This is nothing but trash...

[Despite the fact that he says this, that bag of chocolates is still in his hands.]

[Ken is out early, as the impossibly long night threatened to suffocate him. The artificial daylight had barely covered the dome, as he steps out to run around the park and the beach.

( But it is not enough. )

Taking calming breaths as he closes his eyes. He decides to take a break, sitting on a bench, towel over his head, randomly wiping away the sweat getting his eyes and sipping at his water.]

[Saki's back at the Force headquarters after her brief stay away after having her cast removed earlier in the morning.

Hunched over the dispatch board, feet locked around the chair legs and nursing her second cup of coffee -- answer her easy question or find her there, because she's bored and trying to distract herself from the new arrivals, and lack thereof.]

[The camera wobbles for a second before focusing in on the clear sky and the wide expanse of field around, zooming out to - ]

Hey, look at this!

[- one Ryoji Mochizuki, grinning as is his wont and holding a clean baseball in his hand, before winding up and throwing it across the field.

Observe, now, the presence of someone else.]

Lightning Eater, go fetch!

[Lightning Eater, perhaps not the most aptly named, simply slumps down in the grass like an inebriated starfish, legs in every direction and ears flopping over his eyes. If an observer listens close, they may be able to hear a distinct doggy whine...]

[There is a clang of noise. Only, 'clang' is not a sufficient word to decribe the ripe cacophany of falling metal and squishy teen troll. The communicator comes on in just enough time to catch the loud and really rather angry vulgarity hidden in the middle of the noise.]

SHIT FUCKING FRONDBITER ASSFUCKS.

[The noise stops, except for the necessary little tinkle of metal just after you think everything is all over.

Eventually there is a groan.]

[When the video feed clicks on, the camera is bouncing and spinning for several seconds before finally sliding to a stop, giving a fortunately right-side-up image of the railing around the dolphin observation deck. A few seconds later a pair of hands reach up, grasp onto the lowest bar of the railing, and haul the attached person up.]

[Seishirou is sopping wet, shirtless, and barefoot, and doesn't seem to mind any of this at all. He swings over the railing and starts forward, stopping only long enough to pick up the communicator -- accidentally switching it off in the process.]

[Cross is in a foul mood. Not that this is abnormal, but at least he as a reason today.]

[What might actually be surprising is that he's taken his foul mood out to pick flowers. He's putting together quite the lush bouquet, selecting only the best flowers, the just-blooming ones that will last. And he's taking surprising care in doing it.]

[Officially they're for Euphie, but he always has a few extra for another pretty woman who happens by.]
