[Screen beeps and- there is a happy blond looking at you!]

Hello Marina residents! How has prison life been treating you all? [It's been a while since he last did a video post!]

I've noticed that every once in a while a new group of prisoners arrive here. Out of curiosity, among all the newcomers... Haven't any of you met anyone with the surname 'Sohma'? Some people come and go from the prison, and a long time ago some of my cousins were here with me, but we all went come and I was the only one who came back.

So! Do you have any family members with have been separated from during your instance in the prison? Or reunited with? [He's just feeling talkative and curious! ... and a tad bit bored too.]

{ooc: Replies will be slow;; sorry;;}

[---and shortly after the fighting starts, a voice message is made.]

S-somebody, please 'elp! They're fightin', an' - please help!

[After a moment, she also says where, exactly, the fight is going down.

... She really does sound worried, and that does sound like one heck of a fight in the background.]

[Ryu could do nothing but fly. So fly he did, in his hybrid form, until he spotted something to attack.]

[Anyone getting close to him would see that his eyes were blank, and he looked as if he was incredibly angry.]

[Approach? Trial of the dragonnnnnnnnnnn!]

[Be warned, denizens of Marina. The Hitachiins are, once again, up to no good. What had started out as just a little fun prank's turned into a full blown war.

The plan? Fill some water balloons with paint. Sit on one a roof in one of the districts, and randomly drop it on someone as they passed by. At least this had been the plan up until a few minutes ago. That is, it had been until Kaoru thought it would be a good idea to test how well they'd break apart. On his brother.

From there it just got worse. Of course there had to be retaliation! In just a few minutes all that hard work in putting together this little stunt had gone the wayside, leaving some twins covered in an assortment of paint. While fun, a victor has yet to be decided and thus the little battle has turned full scale: the entire area of Marina Sector Three becoming the battlefield. Look closely and one can see the evidence on some of the building walls.

But for the moment Kaoru is hiding, a little out of breath, but with a smile on his face. HE'S GETTING MORE BALLOONS READY TO GO. Just... Be careful whoever comes across one of the twins. God forbid you come across them both.~]

((ooc: you WILL be pelted by balloons in this thread(s). JUST SAYING.))

[observe the dazzling scene of a battle royal! Alternatively, a very large bowl filled with water and with two tiny legions of badly folded, written on paper cranes: red on the left, white on the right.

...and they're all sinking, one by one, under Seimei's watchful eye.]

Wonder who'll be last standing...?

[softer, sing-sung]

...once at the shrine... what's there to pray for...

Lacus Clyne
[Private to Cain, Akagi Shigeru, and Sakura:]
Those of you who spoke to me previously about joining the defense force, I have responses for you from Gino. I'd be happy to discuss the matter over a private channel or in person, as you prefer.

***

[Shortly after informing the defense force applicants of the determinations, Lacus makes her way to Sector Four. It's past time to find herself a larger place to stay -- one with room for Sakura, if she'll want to come. And plenty of guests.]

[In any case, she's just wandering for now, taking in the sights of the most beautiful area of the dome and pondering which of them she might want to be closest to. You might find Pink jaunting around somewhere close by, too!]

[Joshua has saw fit to lean against one of the buildings in what probably is supposed to be something like an alley. He's only armed with a ball and he's throwing it at the ground. It bounces to hit the wall. The Composer catches it and tosses it again. This little game continues, his mind far from what he's actually doing.

Just what is he doing, anyway? He's never been cut off from everything for this amount of time. Even with the month-long Game, it hadn't been this bad. Then he could still feel Shibuya and how she, along with everyone in that district, shifted and moved. He knows everything of every minute in Shibuya. What thoughts cross peoples' minds. Their feelings. Everything. Joshua knows it better than he knows himself, really. To not have it now, for what seems like much longer than what it had been, feels wrong. Like he's missing something.

And doesn't know how to replace it.

All his questions had a point. Change. It's something Joshua doesn't particularly like. Not for himself, anyway. Change is good for people that can become better. People needed the constant clashing of ideals and viewpoints. Living people are not really complete, in the end. The problem is that Joshua had lived his life. Some of it, anyway. What good would it really do him now? Shibuya, as he had left it, isn't in danger of stagnating. That had been dealt with when Sanae had ensured that either Joshua opened up or all would have been lost. Joshua's little instrument of change isn't here. Well, not anymore. Yet there had been others. People pushing themselves in here and there.

That's something he isn't used to and he's not really sure how to handle it. When he had thought some of those things had been tucked away, they reared their head anyway. It's much too late to back out on some of that... Augh this is just been like a real awkward teenager again. A frown mars Joshua's features as he catches the ball again and squeezes it.

Why had he verbally acknowledge that something had changed in him, anyway? When had he become somewhat attached to some of these people to express some legitimate concern about their well-being? It hadn't really been that way before.

He already knows what he's doing now isn't going to solve anything. Running away, again?  His own thoughts are taunting him now. Great.]

Only by allowing strangers in can we find new ways to be ourselves...

[What had he been thinking when he said that... When had he really started to feel like a one man island?]
