I know my sister is really social, so she likely made some friends that she hadn't gotten around to introducing to me, yet, but I wanted to let everyone know she isn't in the dome anymore.

[Abruptly, Piper cut off the signal. She would be answering replies later.]

[Anyone brought to this group will find that there are tables set up around the perimeter of the room, one with snacks and drinks, some even with art supplies on them, while the chairs are all pushed into a circle in the middle. There is a projector set up to one side and it flashes images every so often onto the wall. Images of children, adults, the elderly with the young--some of them more formal, posed, others candid as the brief moments of life they were. Some of these images might even be familiar to certain inmates. It shouldn't be hard for them to pick out their own families after all.

In the center of the circle of chairs is a table with a large bowl of treats, wrapped candies of various sorts. Hard candies, caramels, chocolates, taffy. Beside the bowl is a set of cards with instructions written on the back of them.

"Select a card and read the question aloud to the group. Whoever answers the question gets to choose a reward from the bowl and then select the next card. Continue until all of the cards have been viewed or the bowl is empty. More than one person can answer--the first to respond gets to select the next card. If no one volunteers, the card picker gets to select a person."

The cards themselves have a variety of questions and tasks, but they all have a very similar theme.]

[The relationships group therapy attendees will all get a message telling them to report to The Winery in Sector 2. Sadly for them the alcohol is locked away, but there is an assortment of food and non-alcoholic beverages along the bar for consumption. Many of the tables have been cleared out and the chairs rearranged into a circle with booths along the edges for more intimate therapeutic discussions.

And don't forget the party favors! The wardens have left some helpful games and activity ideas to get them started. There's a bowl full of folded slips of papers with various questions.]

[ the adjustments of the last few days haven't exactly put elena in a social mood. she's been out and about after transitioning, after that morning, and it's been through force of will.

get up, get dressed, get through the day until it doesn't hurt anymore. she told jeremy that, after jenna died. they've - she's - lived that over and over again. believes in it because it's the only thing that will (has to) get her through.

well. that and finding a way to control and satiate this sometimes overwhelming thirst.

run into her grocery shopping in the afternoon, browsing at the library, running and working out some at the athletic complex, or virtually anywhere else. ]

[ sookie's got the evening off from merlotte's and the blood shack doesn't need her help tonight. instead of taking her free time indoors where it could be spent reading or watching some knock off television movie that makes some of lifetime's worst look absolutely golden, she's spending it in sector two's två park. she's been spending time here and there working with her light, and her control has blossomed and become much more refined since that day she lost control and was punished for demolishing a statue.

anyone who happens to come upon her will find her situated in a corner of the hedge maze, a glowing ball of light dancing between her fingers. ]

[ at one point during her light fiddling, her headset falls out of her pocket, landing in just the right position to kick it into the on position. viewers are treated to the sight of sookie wielding her light for the time it takes her to reabsorb it and reach for the fallen device. ]

[ running. it was one of the ways he could blow off some steam. he spent most of his days here, trying to better himself, and get out of a certain someone’s way back in the apartment he was staying in. usually he didn't run into anyone which made it his 'go-to' place when he was reminded of all the bad things that happened at home and here.  but if he sees anyone familiar, he’ll most likely stop and say hello. feel free to interrupt him while he’s jogging or doing his daily round of pushups. ]

[ of course it’s raining while he’s jogging towards vampire heaven, reflecting his mood. the guy’s gotta eat to survive here, but he wasn’t all too familiar with the scenery, so he's hoping he doesn't get into trouble. which was difficult with his attitude problem, especially now when he doesn't really care about anything. when he's in, he doesn't bother to say hello, and instead heads to take a seat at the blood bar area. ]

Hello, everyone! I wasn't expecting so many new people so soon! I'm not sure we'll have welcome baskets ready for everyone. [Partially because Euphie has been here long enough to suspect that if this is like any of the other times the wardens will "fix the glitch."] But I do hope you all have a safe and happy time today.

Everything here is free, so if you need clothes or food just go to any store or restaurant and you should be able to find what you need. Tonight when you want to sleep there are three different apartments with plenty of open rooms. You're welcome to take any open one for yourselves. Oh! And be very careful to stay out of Sector 6. It's dangerous. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Feels I went home for a bit, or somethin'. Or I got new memories anyways -- I remember hearin' bout that happenin' to other people. Last thing I remember was it bein' day 216 -- that was twelve days ago. The orange don't suit me much better than it did the first time. Whatever's goin' on it's sure as hell fuckin' weird.

[There's a pause, and then she adds.]

I gotta question for everyone though. If someone you loved, someone you really hurt but still care about, if they wanted to forget about you completely -- what would you do? Like if you could do that for them, would you?

[Because she did. But she's still not sure how she feels about it. Even if she's not in love with Hoyt anymore she still cares about him. For what that's worth.

There's other things, things with Bill and the Authority but that she doesn't want to talk about so publically. How he 's turned into a religious fanatic like her birth parents used to be. It makes her skin crawl. The memories are fresh and make her feel sick to her stomach. She'd rather not focus on them too much.

With the upcoming baseball game and the basketball team forming, I wanted to remind everyone that we do have a cheer squad here. So if anyone is interested in being a cheerleader, we have openings. We have uniforms-- [ she holds up her uniform] and we practice every other day.

[ nevermind that she's never even been to seaworld and has only "visited" it in other people's minds, despite there being one relatively close to bon temps in the next state over. why she thought she'd find anything decent in the marina-themed clothing section, she'll never know, but at least it out got her out of the apartment for something other than her shift at merlotte's. ]

[ although the morning's rain prevented them from getting an early start on setting up, quinn and rebekah have managed to pull everything off in time for the dance to start. there's tables to sit at when you don't feel like dancing or enjoying the surf, lots of hawaiian-themed snacks and desserts to eat, grass skirts and leis available for those who wish to wear them, lanterns and torches everywhere, with live music provided by quinn, oz, jack, lacus, and anyone else who wishes to get up and sing!

the only thing this party's lacking is the booze, per quinn's intentions of having this be an alcohol-free party. however, that doesn't mean someone isn't going to spike the punch when she's not looking, so if you were planning on doing so -- have at it!

so, go ahead and dance it up with your dates, mingle with some new cr, hop around, and threadjack to your heart's content. festivities will carry on until sometime after midnight when clean up will commence. enjoy! ]

[Caroline is decidedly less perky than her last post. In fact, she looks pretty annoyed. With her jaw set, she fumbles with the device a bit, her arm still sore. Still, she smiles, a little, trying to be a bit welcoming.]  Hi, I'm Caroline Forbes and I'm here to help you. [ Eye roll ] As part of my punishment, I'm supposed to help people with their chores. So let me know if you need any help with anything.

[Caroline hangs up. Or at least, she thinks she does, tossing the device across the room and you can hear her saying--] Seriously? What kind of places punishes you for being attacked?

[ Hey, it's your perky, friendly neighborhood vampire party planner. And she looks excited despite it being late at night. She's got a lot to be happy about. Jenna and Bonnie are here. She doesn't know about the new addition to the Original family, and she's able to pretend like kissing bots never happened. ] We're having a karaoke competition at the Shack, sponsored by Eric Northman--[She threw that in there cheekily] day after tomorrow. Karaoke, for those of you who don't know, is singing songs that are famous or whatever along with the music.

[ welcome to sector 0, late at night. (or early in the morning, depending on how you look at it.) a young man is standing underneath the lights, wearing nothing but his brand new orange jumpsuit and a bruise marking one of his eyes.

he doesn’t look so calm, but he’s keeping it together. mostly he’s wondering if this is the price he's paying for sleeping with his best friend’s girl.

twice. well, there were a lot of positions, but just twice. and technically, she wasn’t his girl the first time. definitely not the second time. this isn’t why he’s here, right?

the point is one moment he was on his couch and jess had left. he’d closed his eyes to appreciate feeling a little less like crap for a whole second and woke up in the middle of a goddamn field outside an athletic complex, some list of his crimes being called off and a welcome to his brand new accommodations. what the fuck.

accommodations which he promptly got up and checked out. yeah. that message wasn’t lying. or he’s starting to realize it wasn’t, and he’s not sure how he feels about that.

so, jason stackhouse figures out this communicator business. (he fumbles a bit at first.) and yeah, that is a thick louisianan drawl you hear. ]

All right, I know I ain't - I don't gotta be a genius to know this ain't Bon Temps and these ain't my clothes. [ some command of the situation might work, right? that'll work. he is kinda terrified and a bit angry, so it’s not entirely convincing wagging a finger at the camera. ] Look, on behalf of the - with the authority of the - [ bon temps police department. he'd finish with that; he totally would, but he rethinks the ‘official police business’ tone. something tells him (probably experience) it ain't gonna mean much. let's try a desperate attempt to appeal for himself. ] Look, I don't belong in a - I ain’t a prison kinda guy. I'm a cop. [ hear him trying to convince himself and the world this means something? ] Maybe before I'm mighta deserved it, but I've - I’ve changed my ways; I've gotten... better’n stuff. Member of uh... [ what's the word...? lightbulb! ] a productive society, is what it is. So. Someone wanna tell me what the hell is going on? Is this some kinda vampire-fairy world prank? ‘Cause mama.

[ he turns away, lifts his arms up to place his hands behind his head. turns back to say - oh yeah, he realizes the headset’s still right in front of his face. he's pointing his finger at the communicator again, and he's a little more convincing this time. ] And if anyone sees or knows or has any idea where my sister is - Sook, Sookie Stackhouse - you better lemme know.

[Eric is behind the bar, cleaning things up a bit earlier than usual at the Blood Shack. He flips on the video for the network and gives a smile that's a bit more strained around the edges than usual. Most people wouldn't notice it, but those that know him well might. His voice is that congenial, well-practiced politicians sort of voice that he uses when doing PR for Nan's group or when attempting to be diplomatic.

Sookie is still upset at Eric; his invitation to the apartment they shared is still revoked and Eric doesn't know how to deal with that. When Sookie got angry at him at home, he had other things to keep him busy. There were witches and politics and an actual business to run that had to be kept successful. There were werewolves, clients, customers, baby vampires and near disasters. Here, Eric has a bar that will literally run itself and no real motivation to make sure it succeeds. The only near disaster he's got to prevent is the personal one he's currently going through with Sookie. It's a lot for a Viking Vampire to process.]

I'll be taking a short sabbatical from the Blood Shack. Your friendly waitresses and bartenders will still be here to serve you as will, I'm certain, the bots if necessary. Call it a vacation, if you will.

[ to say that sookie was hurt would be an understatement. while she wasn't surprised that eric had done his fair share of kissing and had managed to smooch his way through the prison population, she was disappointed in him for not exercising a little more restraint or doing more to keep out of sight. all of her kisses had been accidental, unintentional encounters that happened while she was hiding out indoors, with one resulting in the (temporary, still on going) loss of her telepathy and her light. she would need to see how rogue was doing with all that, but right now, she had a more important question to ask of the network... ]

[ piter does not like the sound of "traditional marina holiday" in the least. he has no real idea of just what said "holiday" entails, but he assumes that the little flying thinking machines have something to do with it, and he assumes "it" to be something dreadful. examining them— from afar, of course— is a must. he isn't the master of house harkonnen's spies and assassins for nothing— though the poor, ignorant master of house harkonnen's spies and assassins has never before encountered opponents so fierce as the ones he will encounter today.
