2 - Creepy Freudian Loli Koishi Komeiji of Touhou Project. tl;dr she's a little girl youkai who was born with the ability to read minds, but she disliked the stigma that came with her power, so she sealed it away. And then gained mind-control powers because of it. Whoops.
