In the same vein as the hacking and back-logging permissions posts, I thought it would be a good idea to have some central location for combat related permissions posts/infodumps. Link is HERE! This can be used to link defensive abilities such as Touma's Imagine Breaker and Rei's AT Field, as well as levels of offensive skills, such as fighting with swords, guns, chairs, etc.

I'd like to use this post to discuss any suggestions/changes to the wiki page, but to keep people from locking one another out I would like to maintain one contributor for right now (which I volunteer for, because I like doing stuff like this~)

To start with, could everyone who wishes to use the page please leave a comment HERE with the character name(s) you wish to have on there, and I'll add them when I see them.
