The 4th wall event begins on Monday! Most of the info is here, but here's reminders/additional questions that came up:

• 4th wall journals will be allowed to join the community and encouraged to make their own posts as well as to comment to other people's. They should not put tags on their posts unless they are previous Marina characters with a tag not currently in use, in which case go ahead. (Examples: Muraki, TRC Fuuma, etc.) At the end of the week the journals will be removed.


• 4th wall characters will have communicators, but not weapons, and as a reminder, they will be greatly power-reduced.


• 4th wall journals are strongly advised to have a contact post on their journals, and the following information on their profiles.
  Character Name: Character Canon: Character Timeline: Extra Details: (a brief description of your AU, game, etc)


• 4th wall characters who are apped at the end of August will be allowed to retain their memories of being here.


• 4th wall troublemakers should be reported to the mods.

In order to be accepted to the community for this event, you must do the following:

1) Log into your 4th wall journal! That means one comment per journal. Comments will be screened.
2) Paste the following: "community marinasylum remove [usernamehere]". Remove the brackets and place your 4th wall journal name where it says "usernamehere".
3) Make a comment! That's the only content that needs to be in the comment.
4) Try to join the community and wait to be accepted on Monday! It's that easy!

Just wanted to pop in real quick and let everyone know that I'm not dead.

The good news is that I'll be back soon, I said that I'd be back around the 15th so I'm not that far off- but the bad news is that my dog has been sick recently. I'm not even going to get his medication until Monday, and I was supposed to be back in game by Sunday so I'm going to try to start getting back into game between Monday and Wednesday.

I'm kind of stressed out about how I'm going to work a routine into my day medicating my dog on five medications - some two times a day - around my work/sleep schedule. I don't know how he's going to take to the medication, because he's on two right now and he eats one like treats and hates the other one. Basically I'd just like to get into a bit of a routine with him before I worry about tagging or anything. Once that's settled, everything should be fine. It always takes me a few days to get back into the swing of things, but basically the point of this post is to let everyone know not to expect me back fully until next weekend.

My brother did leave, and I do have my own computer again (thank god for back to school specials and a brother in the military), so I think all of the interruptions I was worried about up until this point should no longer be an issue.
