It's time for the plot that shall bring a spectacular end to one of our beloved resident trolls, Xellos! Our own grouchy God-Emperor will organize a team to take him down--with or without the Defense Force's backup, but he will let them know what is going on. If you've been around a while, you know that Fou-Lu and Xellos have a long-standing hateship, once resulting in their coming to blows. Fou-Lu has a pretty good idea of what Xellos is capable of, and isn't happy that he's been left to run around unchecked for so long. Xellos' recent antics are only adding fuel to the fire, and oh, there will be more. But, as powerful as Fou-Lu is, Xellos is very hard to hit and even harder to destroy.

We will need brave magic-users, since physical attacks will not work against Xellos. I'm not YET sure how many we will have involved with the fight, but we will have a number of roles to fill. Lena's suggested strategy is to ensnare Xellos in a strong energy drain or a powerful freezing ability to keep him from moving around, and then phase two would begin with all-out magic attacks and THE POWER OF LOVE where applicable, and that seems about right to me, too! However, please note some caveats before you volunteer:( SO MUCH MOAR TEXT )

Keeping those in mind, please feel free to offer your character and we'll see what we can do! Questions are also awesome. How this gets organized ICly will depend on how things go down, so keep an eye out for related posts this week. ♥

Guilford (by_your_command) is putting a post up about the school in the game itself soon for all your IC, "omg, there is a school!?!" needs. I just want to cover some technical stuff!

• There are some descriptions missing in the catalog. That is an OOC issue, not an IC one. Pretend they are there with all your imagination!

• The school will open...SOON! I'm thinking Day 72. (We are on 69 now.) Does anyone have a plot already planned that day? Small plots are not a big deal, because I don't think this is going to be an OMG, stop what you're doing, the school is open thing. But if the dome is cracking and everyone is panicking that might be bad timing.

• Students are being told they can register. There is no official register that I'm actually going to keep updated. Teachers, just assume you have students. Or assume you don't and be sad and try to drum some up.

• Make having a school your own to post with as you see fit. It's for all characters to enjoy, destroy, ridicule, or benefit from.

• Questions? Ask them. Suggestions? Give them. Cookies? I already ate them.

Ok, so I'm just going to go ahead and call a slowatus for right now. Unfortunately I have a few school related things that need to get done, and they take a little while so I probably won't be on as much as I'd like. I doubt that this will have to turn into a full on hiatus if I just focus, but there is the small chance of that happening.

On a side note, anybody want to let Scar move in with one of your kids? I'd been having him live outside because he's a lion and it's more fitting for him like that, but with the monsters now in the game that's obviously not gonna work.
