There was a bit of a fright with your oldest today. James wandered into our woods and was nearly kidnapped. I managed to intercept and the Ministry officials are on their way.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Creevey,
I'm writing in regard to your application for adoption. As I advised you when we spoke, the waiting list for a baby is very long. However, I'd like to advise you of an opportunity that has arisen. Unfortunately, two children have been orphaned recently. Their parents were murdered on their way to work at the Ministry. They were both muggle-borns. So far no reason for the killings can be found, but the case is still under investigation.
I wish to extend you the chance to meet JoAnna and Adam Cole. Adam is six months old while JoAnna is seven. I realise you might not wish to adopt two children as the transition can be difficult enough with one. Older children have unique needs and I understand if you do not wish to accept this offer.
You were chosen due to your similar backgrounds to Mr. and Mrs. Cole as well as your keen interest in parenthood. These two will need deep understanding and love which we believe you can offer.
