Wow, gratz for making this comm on IJ! I find one of the best ways to find good fic (either new or one you've read previously) is by polling a community like this.

I don't have much in the way of graphics experience (besides the odd icon) but you might want to try using a style sheet community. You might be able to find something free to use already posted, or commission something.
