Well I kept my clinic appointment for my follow up and I've been cleared to start working as long as I keep it to light duty for a while.

It's going to be one of those days. Was working on the course and fell off. Caught myself on the edge and hauled myself up, and missed my grip and hit the floor. Magic is good and all but when your brain is just not on the mark it's not helpful.

One bruised ego, one bruised hip bone, and scrapes on my knuckles and fingers. Seriously, today is fired. Probably should go home before I hurt myself any further. Er after I finish the redesign.
