Halp!
Entourage is downloading multiple copies of each e-mail -- not every e-mail, but sometimes 2, 3 or 4 copies of the same e-mail, within a few minutes of each other.

Any ideas? I recently had to reinstall it after a hard drive replacement, but I couldn't find anything in the settings that might be responsible.

	In Tools/Accounts/'youraccount' do you have any setting set to 'leave a copy of messages on the server'? Or anything like that. Sorry I do not have a copy of Entourage on this computer so I can't check it exactly. Turning that off may be the answer. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I have to leave copies on the server since this isn't my only computer and I use webmail frequently :/ I'm not sure that's it, since it wasn't happening when I had it installed before I had the HD replaced. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sadly, we have now reached the end of my Entourage skill! Perhaps if you 'delete from server' the emails you are done with? (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Check your settings for downloads in Entourage. (And just to be sure, on the webmail side as well.) Make sure it's set to d/l only once. It sounds like you reset a setting somewhere when you lost the original hard drive. (Reply to this) (Parent)
