Occupation: Employee at the local 7-11/Hess station.
Appearance: Off the bat, one would notice that Marco is short; he only comes to about 5'3". It's obvious that he's Hispanic, with tanned skin, dark eyes, and black hair. He doesn't exactly keep his hair neat, but he keeps it short, and combed forward. Marco's never had much of an interest in clothes, favoring to wear jeans and a simple T-shirt or something. He does, however, tend to always wear an evil eye pendant on a chain around his neck.
Personality: Marco is a decent guy, usually, at least to people he likes. He's rather sarcastic, and that's aimed towards friends and strangers alike. Marco's fairly pessimistic, believing that it can always get worse than it actually is, and it's bad already. He's a nervous guy. He's not all bad, though. He'll always stand up fpr his friends, even put himself into danger for someone in a dangerous situation. Around other wolves in his pack, Marco is about as submissive as they come. Still, it's easier to be a submissive wolf that's part of a pack, than a lone wolf who's likely to be killed off.
Special abilities/talents: Marco has some painting skills. He's the only one who can fix the slushie machine. He doesn't remember all his Spanish, but he knows enough to have a casual conversation.
Supernatural Affinity:
Species/Group: Born Werewolf
Power(s): Werewolf powers, of course
Level: Submissive
Affiliation/Rank: Submissive in the Mysteria pack
Preferred Prey: Whatever the rest of the pack would like to leave for him.
History: Jeremy Vasquez was a camera man for the news by day, and a born werewolf by night. Anita had been told this several times before their wedding, but didn't quite register what the hell that meant until after they were married and she was pregnant. Anita wasn't expecting to have a child, but when she found out that she was pregnant with little Marco, she and Jeremy decided to start their family, no matter how worried Anita was about her freaky family.
Anita took care of Marco as much as she knew how, considering she'd never really wanted a kid anyway. However, it wasn't long before it became clear that Marco had inherited his father's genes, and was a werewolf as well. To this, Anita had no clue what to do, and left the raising of the boy primarily to Jeremy.
This went on until Marco was eight, when, by some freak accident, Jeremy was killed while covering a news story. Marco and Anita were left to mourn, all while trying to figure out how to deal with one another. The two tried to make a new start for themselves by moving to Mysteria, but still found that they knew nothing about each other and that their relationship was strained, especially near the full moon, when Anita wouldn't even come home until a couple days had passed.
It wasn't long before Marco took it upon himself to find a local pack to join. He became part of the Mysteria pack just a few months after moving to the town, considering it more of his family than he did of Anita, who was away from home more and more often as Marco grew.
When Marco turned 16, he left his mother's home for one of the pack's cabins. Soon after, his mother left Mysteria, but Marco remains in town, working at a gas station in town.
Flaws: Marco's afraid of a lot of things, mostly death, but one of his biggest fears is being underground. Whether it's buried alive, or just in a basement, Marco freaks out in places where he feels like there's no air current.
Marco is pretty paranoid as well. Can you blame him? There are all sorts of creepies out there, himself included.
He's also one to be jaded. He's really had enough of the world, and doesn't expect it to be getting better any time soon.
Merits: Marco could get far in the world, based on the fact that he's a fast learner, and blessed with common sense. Generally, it takes him one or two tries to get something down, and he knows what's a good idea and what's not.
