Charleen Robertson
Character Information
Name: Charleen Morgan Robertson
Nickname: (if applicable) whatever people call her really, introduces herself as Charleen though
Age: 17
Birthplace: Chicago
Sex:female
Occupation: high school senior
Appearance: Medium length blonde hair, hazel eyes, curvy, medium height. Square jaw line, fairly pretty, but not overly so. She usually wears button down shirts with sweaters, very preppy attire, or just her uniform during the week.
Personality: Charleen is a very soft-hearted person, especially when it comes to small animals. She can’t seem to find herself saying no to people when they ask her to do something, no matter what. She is also very confidant despite this drawback, she flirts with guys all the time, it’s one of her hobbies and also a large part of most of her friendships, guys or girls. She’s generally just a flirty, care-free, confident young woman. Who also is a little too curious sometimes, thinking her talents can get her out of a tight spot if she’s found.
Special abilities/talents: She can do back flips
Supernatural Affinity:
Species/Group: n/a
Power(s):n/a
Level: (if applicable)
Affiliation/Rank:(if applicable)
Preferred Prey: (if applicable)
History: (must be at least two paragraphs) She grew up in Evanston, Illinois, in a historic house in a wealthy neighborhood. She was a cheerleader at Evanston high school, had friends, but not many enemies. Her biggest problem was if Michael Harbor was going to ask her to prom. That was before a few weeks ago. Her parents had gone away for the weekend, there was a performance in Chicago, and so they decided to stay in a hotel, spend the weekend away Charleen was mature enough to stay at home without causing a disaster. Only they never came home on Sunday night, like they were supposed to. The next day, when she returned from school, there was a message on her answering machine. It was her mother, whispering, telling her to get in touch with a cousin in North Dakota. That was the whole message. Now Charleen is on her way to meet said cousin for the first time in quite a few years.
Before that fateful weekend, Charleen had had plans. She was going to graduate in the top of her class, she had to keep a certain GPA for cheerleading and she was a little smarter than she let on. She was going to attend a school in the east, she hadn’t chosen which yet. And she was going to major in History, a guilty pleasure of hers. She had plans, and they were all secret. She’s used to hiding who she really is from other people. Can she keep up the charade?
Flaws: Since her parents disappeared, a little under a month ago, Charleen has been having terrible nightmares followed by migraines that are so bad she loses her dinner. She has no idea what causes them, but she sure is curious as to find out. But it doesn’t stop at research. She has been known to follow suspicious people, no matter the danger it poses to herself. Now that her parents are missing, without a trace, she is even less likely to listen to reason. Of course, once she gets there, if she sees something that plays to her soft heart, she’s likely to focus on that, thinking it a higher priority. Small animals especially play to her emotions.
Merits: Charleen’s soft spot for small animals came from her ability to really understand animals. An animal affinity, her mother had called it, it enables her to really connect with animals, to empathize with them. She is also very confident in herself. If a guy doesn’t like her, they must be gay, obviously. She is also double jointed and has tremendous balance. She was a cheerleader in Chicago, so this has aided her greatly. She also uses these talents to get herself out of danger. One merit she has that she doesn’t let out much is her talent with research. Give the girl an assignment on what the assassination of Francis Ferdinand meant to turn of the century Europe, and she’ll give you everything you wanted to know, and some stuff you didn’t. This also is a bit of a curse in that she feels she must hide her brainy attributes for the sake of her preppy reputation.
Sexual Orientation:strait
