Art: Scarf, G
Title: Scarf
Artist: [info]brunaghot
Rating: G
Summary: Could this be Remus? I'm not sure, he doesn't look very much like the one in my head...oh, well.
A/N: Remus solo is alright, right? It's just this once, I swear!

Er...I wanted to post this here mostly to ask tips to my fellow artists. And do you guys know of any good programs for drawing? I used Corel here, but it's so complicated.

If I use a computer I only use it at the end of my process. I use Photoshop myself (not elements but the full program) but I understand that Opencanvas is very popular as well as Painter X

I hope this helps :)

I do like your art and I really love how you did the scarf!!

I'm experimenting with the programs now but I think that when I'm done choosing a good one I'll use it mostly just to color.
Oh, and I hadn't heard of that Opencanvas one (or of a full Photoshop?), if you're familiar with them could you tell me a bit of the differences?

Really I'm looking for a simpler program, but maybe one that had all those brushes and colors like painter (I was so overwhelmed)... is there even such a thing?

By the way, thank you. For the help and viewing my little art. Thanks!

It's perfectly fine to post Remus or Severus solo here, especially from our long-time members! *HUGS* I love this, btw. Remus looks marvelously intense.

love, lore

Waa, I'm already considered a long-time member?! *squee*
And thanks! I guess intense is a good word for him there - maybe Severus refused to do something for him last night ;)
