adventdrabbles prompts of pine forest, holly and ivy.

A large tawny colored wolf trotted through the forest. He paused in under the pine trees and sniffed. Something reminded him of former times and friends. Dropping to the ground, Remus rolled, scratching his back in the decaying needles and other things on the forest floor.

He stood up and shook then sneezed. Another explosive sneeze followed. Remus snorted and quickly trotted away from that part of the pine woods. It never ceased to amaze him how a lycanthrope in its wolf form could be allergic to holly.

Remus made a mental note to share with his mate the location of a fine patch of ivy growing with the holly trees. Severus had mentioned needing fresh leaves for a potion he was creating.

	Now, that is a really cool way to work a variety of prompts into a story. Lovely imagery, I could almost sneeze with Moony myself, but it's the dust that comes from decaying things that gets me. (Reply to this)
