“I’ve been shot in the head, stabbed more times than I can count, stabbed with my own sword more times than I can count.” The man in red leather said ticking off each ‘death’ with his fingers. “I’ve been electrocuted, burnt-“

“I get the point!”

Dante laughed.

“But I have never, ever, been stabbed in the heart with a wooden stake.” He tossed the stake back to his attacker. “Do I look like a vampire?”

“Not when you were all red and scaly no; but I didn’t have anything else to hand.”

“So what are you anyway?”

“The, ah, A Slayer.”

“Slayer?”

“A Vampire slayer. You think I carry the wood for fun?” The Girl complained. “There used to be just two - “

“I know that feeling.” Dante said. “So you girls and your little sticks save the world often?”

“More often than you think, size isn’t everything.” The slayer shook her head her black curls catching the moon light. "I can't believe I just said that."

“Oh I would say size is very important.” Dante smirked.

“Clearly you would with a sword like that strapped to your back.” The girl rested a hand on a hip covered in black leather. “So what are you over compensating for?”

“Lady you got some balls.” Dante laughed. “What’s your name anyway?”

“Oh like I’m just gonna give some demon my name.” The slayer said giving him the eye.

“Would you tell me if I beat you?”

“You? Beat me? Not gonna happen.”

“Well we’ll never find out if you keep yakking now will we?
