Hope no one minds me bringing Tobias into the surprise party thread - I mentioned the nanites and that he is now the custodian who cleans the used areas of the city - handwaving that all that was done and taken care of now. Let me know if that doesn't work for someone and I can edit - just wanted to move Tobias to a point where he could be active in a thread and this seemed to be the perfect one :)
