Maka felt thrown. She'd been at her window looking up at the darkened moon which held her imprisoned friend, then turned around to go get ready for bed... only to find she wasn't in her room anymore. No, more than that. She wasn't in her own world anymore, if the people who had come to talk to her and the two others who had arrived with her were to be believed. She wanted it to be a dream in the most desperate way imaginable, but she had no such luck. Everything was too surreal.
All in all, being surrounded by witches and beings she couldn't even begin to identify by their soul presence, having a talking hat on her head talking to her, and being told she would go to the 'Gryffindor House'? Well, they were not the weirdest things to ever happen in her life. Not really. She lived a life that, in a lot of ways, was an ever changing level of chaos and crazy. It did not change the fact that this place. This world was different.
After stepping inside the room, Maka stopped and pursed her lips, glancing around before hugging herself. Five bed, decorations of garish scarlet and gold, thick and heavy canopy bed frames, chests, and nothing else. Sparse, not a decoration choice she would have made, and... alone. She glanced over at the other girl in the room with her. Not completely alone, but still alone. Soul was worlds away from her, literally. Since twelve she hadn't been far from his side. They lived together, fought together, trained together. He wouldn't be snoring in the next room. Not even Blair was here.
"Think if we go to sleep, we'll wake up and it will have all been a dream?" She finally asked before moving further into the room and going to the nearest window, frowning and tensing at the sight of this worlds moon. So different from her own. So... lifeless looking. Just a silvery disc up in the sky. No dimension. No personality. And most important... no Crona.
