Couple of older things
I spent most of the evening re-organising my needlecraft drawer and cataloging what I actually have (ie, a huge pile of patterns, a few small kitsets, a few metres of cloth and a whooooole lot of assorted floss, most of which doesn't have standard DMC number), so while I had them out I photographed a couple of things I had sitting around. They're slightly blurry but I fixed them up as well as I could so they should be reasonably clear.
This is a 13x18 cm design. It included backstitch, half-stitch and french knots as well as the general crosses, and I was working on it on and off from 2004 to about March of this year when I finished it.
My pouches! The left-hand one was on I think 18ct white aida cloth, with black hemming and a white ribbon as a drawstring. The fern leaf is in magenta-lavendar variegated thread. The right hand one is on 14 ct antique aida cloth, with metallic dark silver hemming and a green ribbon. The monogrammed e is in variegated green with metallic dark silver outline.
