Hello all! This is Joodae Nam (known better as Jordy), friend to [info]seojade, and a power blocker who is blissfully unaware of his abilities. He owns a used book store which barely makes any profit, and as a result he works various part time jobs (which are extremely various considering his flighty personality can't keep him a job, or girlfriend, for more than three months). He's a pretty spacey guy which basically makes him unaware of when there's a super anywhere near him and his subconscious is using his power for him. More info is here, I still need to work on his history but I'd love lines! Anything goes.

Lines I can do! Or attempt to anyway; lol. I don't have lines written out or anything, but I've got four characters here, a couple of which may be more inclined to be auto-enemies thanks to alignment and in-game happenings.

[info]houdini: Bobby (codename: Houdini, thanks to intangibility/phasing) who is a known, loyal Upsilon agent and actually shot/kidnapped Jade a little while back.

[info]morior: Travis (codename: Grim) who has the power of organic disintegration and is a Upsilon-aligned vigilante. He still has a few good guy connections and plays hero now and then, so he doesn't fit the full Upsilon attitude, but he is more apt to literally fight for his rights as a super/be a little shady.

[info]marksman: Jeremy (codename: Charlie), an ex-League agent who defected to Omicron a few months back which made him the Co-Commander's personal assistant.

And finally, [info]sentry: Dawn (codename: Zero), a current League agent who is really no frills. She'll does her job and does it well which probably means, if it is ever found out he has a power, she'd try to take him out.

Slow slowness is me. Anyway, Jordy remains unaware of the specifics of Omicron vs. Upsilon vs. The League. He basically only goes by what he's heard on TV or read as a headline. He'd obviously be better off not living in DC but this sort of unawareness isn't exactly intentional, it's just his personality to never know what's going on. That being said! I know who at least two of your characters are (I played [info]ruko back in the day) and love love love them.

Jordy probably met Jade after that whole kidnapping incident and I doubt Jade would have told him anyway, so, probably know direct knowledge of the guy but we should have something that is at least happenstance? I don't know, my brain is so lame right now.

Rukoooo~! :DDD Muse mentioned you were coming back like, a couple chats ago, so now I feel all lame for being slow and not replying until now; lol.

I'm totally down for happenstance (which'll probably take away the notion of being auto-enemies since they wouldn't exactly have to deal with the whole Upsilon/Omicron/LOL nonsense). My characters are all crazy in the midst of the warring, so I'm definitely down for random encounters outside their perimeters; sort of a breakaway from serious business.

I've got a few characters to offer!

Tango ([info]salvai) is the non-powered Co-Commander of Omicron who was hired in August. She sent Bi back to the bench over her power troubles but she's really grown fond of Bi and she's looking forward to getting her back into the field.

Tobey ([info]widdicombe) is a technopath and the Head Technician of Omicron who's stepped up into the command team now and again. He's done some recruiting here or there so if he realized Jordy's abilities, he might invite him to join Omicron.

John ([info]azryel) is a biological manipulator and former Omicron (one of the founders, in fact) turned vigilante P.I. He has a "niece" of sorts who's also a power blocker so he's pretty adaptable to that. Lots of potential random lines here!

Mac ([info]lohengrin) is a non-powered League field agent and Co-Commander. He kills super but usually in "threat order" so his relationship to Jordy would depend on his discovering his status as a super and if he was affiliated or a vigilante.

Ah! So many options. Not that I have anything preplanned, but it'll probably be a while before Jordy even realizes what's up (considering he's been around for 22 years and hasn't realized anything weird yet). If he's gonna be recruited at all I think he'd definitely go team Omicron so maybe he and Tobey can interact some time soon!

I think everything pretty much depends on when he gets in the comm because he's useless for lines involving Omicron and Upsilon before he goes in.

I play [info]seojade's twin, Sanho. San's eccentric, very nerdy, and loves to talk at length about everything on his mind. Having a telepath for a twin is merely an excuse for his lack of a filter around other people. San collects books, so Jordy's bookstore is a plus. He'd probably try to use Jordy's friendship with his sister to try and get discounts, but it would be even more likely that he'd step into the store and start to organize the bookshelves and tidy up to Sanho's personal standard of orderliness just because. I think if Jordy can tolerate Sanho's weirdness, they'd be pretty good friends.

I also play [info]jangceo who is a billionaire playboy by day, masked vigilante by night. He doesn't have superpowers, but he has tons of gadgets and weaponry to make up for it. Currently he's stuck between handling his family business in the US, running black market anti-super weaponry, and somehow fitting being a vigilante in there. He'd most likely dislike Jordy on principle.

Jordy can definitely tolerate the weirdness, if not only because he enjoys it, but also because he doesn't really realize that it's going on. During the day he'd just sit at his desk with his feet on the surface, reading a book while San "destroys the atmosphere" all while keeping friendly conversation going, and when he closes shop he'll go back to the shelves and rearrange everything San "messed up". So yeah, I can definitely see good friends.

As for Jason, Jordy's pretty much too dumb to dislike anyone though if Bi complains about her blind dates enough and senses being disliked then chances are he'll attempt to avoid him, and maybe roll his eyes every now and then.

I'm bringing in this dude who is, among other things, a sad collector of books (preferably rare ones, but if it's pretty/interesting he will buy it no matter the value/how dirty/damaged it is). He'll totally hang out at the shop and give him money.
