Who: Ransom and Charlotte (maybe various Weiss NPCs?)
When: Morning
Where: Charlotte's house
Charlotte had wanted an excuse to spend a lot more time with Ransom - she truly had. When she had filed this request with God, perhaps she should have been more specific. She certainly had not wanted
the entire packlands to flood. That was what had happened, however, and when Charlotte's mother heard of it, she did something rather surprising. Isadora had invited the entire Weiss family to come stay with them. Actually, she'd bordered on insisting.
So Ransom, six of his siblings, and his mom had come to stay at Charlotte's house. It wasn't as tight of a fit as it sounded. The house had three guest bedrooms, and even without them, the house had a finished basement. It had been converted into both family den
and year-round garden, and Isadora had offered to let the kids camp out down there with sleeping bags if they so desired. There was plenty of room for everybody, and Isadora was positively gleeful at having so many kids in the house. Needless to say, there was a lot of baking going on. The animals were in mild shock - which Charlotte was hearing
plenty about - but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. The full moon was bound to be interesting, though. All in all, Charlotte felt like it was going okay. Granted, she would have been much happier if she'd found a way (and the nerve) to sneak Ransom into her room last night.
After waking and showering (she was relieved to have hot water - the tank and heater had passed that test, at least), Charlotte had dressed and set out to hunt down her boyfriend. Time to see how
he was holding up.
