Danny had been looking forward to this day for what felt like an eternity. It had been months since they'd first discussed the idea of getting married and weeks since he'd officially proposed to her.

Finally the day had come and Danny was certain that she had never looked more beautiful. It was a simple ceremony in front of a judge, but they had dressed nicely. Not that her dress had anything to do with how beautiful she was. Than was all Bethany. There was a glow to her as they smiled at one another that made Danny's stomach flip all over the place.

A large grin moved over his face when the judge pronounced them husband and wife and he moved forward to kiss his bride. "I love you so much," he murmured as his lipe brushed gently over hers.

Danny had gotten them a nice suite in one of the local hotels for the night and he looked over at Bethany with a smile, squeezing her hand as they approached the door. Before she could utter any kind of protest, he lifted her into his arms so her could carry her over the threshold of their room as he walked through the doorway.

Like Danny, Bethany felt as though she'd been waiting forever for this day to come. That wasn't true, of course, but her interpretation of time was a little skewed. After all, a mere night away from her beloved felt more like an eternity.

The ceremony was beyond simple... nothing more than a judge and their two closest friends. That didn't matter, though. Bethany didn't need an extravagant wedding. She only needed Danny. He was the only thing that mattered to her. Everything else was unimportant.

She grinned brightly when the judge finally pronounced them husband and wife, and she melted into the kiss he brushed over her lips.

"I love you, too," she murmured. "Always."

A little while later, they were slowly making their way to the suite he'd reserved for their first night as husband and wife. She was a little nervous, but it didn't show. The only thing he would see when he looked at her was the way she was absolutely glowing with happiness.

It caught her by surprise when he scooped her into his arms, but her soft squeal wasn't a sound of protest. In fact, she thought it was a romantic gesture, and she leaned in to brush a kiss over his lips as her arms moved around his neck.

"I love you, husband," she breathed as he carried her over the threshold.

When Bethany called him husband, something of a silly smile spread over Danny's features. He couldn't begin to describe how much he loved hearing her call him that. Husband. Most boys would be scared shitless of that word at his age, but Danny wasn't. He was thrilled.

A few moments after stepping over the threshold, Danny set Bethany gently back on her feet, but he didn't pull away from her. Instead, her wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close. He smiled down at her as his fingers tangled in her blonde hair.

"Have I mentioned how completely beautiful you look today?" he breathed before he dipped his dead for another kiss. His lips brushed tenderly over hers, but he didn't try to deepen the embrace yet. Some guys in his position might be pushing to get right to the sex, but that wasn't in the forefront of Danny's mind at the moment. Regardless of what he was sure their friends though, he hadn't done this to have sex with the girl. He'd done this because he loved her.

They had been planning this for months, but a part of her couldn't believe that they'd actually gone through with it. They were married. The marriage wasn't legal by any stretch of the imagination, but that didn't matter. In the eyes of God, they were husband and wife. It was an understatement to say that Bethany was happy.

The corners of her mouth pulled up into a large, brilliant smile when he sat her on her feet. It didn't seem possible, but that smile brightened even further when he complimented her.

"You probably have," she answered softly, "but you're free to say it over and over again."

She melted into the embrace when he brushed his lips tenderly over hers. Like him, though, she was in no rush to deepen the kiss. At some point, they would make love, but that wasn't what plagued her thoughts at the moment. After all, she hadn't married him simply because she wanted to have sex with him.

"I love you so much," she murmured softly.

Danny grinned at that, taking a moment to her before pulling back again.

"You are so beautiful," he murmured before kissing her again.

He wasn't in any rush, but eventually his kissed grew a little deeper. Just because he wasn't focused on having sex with her didn't mean he didn't want her. For over a year now, he'd wanted her more badly than he could describe. Who could blame him? She was gorgeous and the way she reacted to his simplest touch only made him want more.

"I love you," he said, knowing he was repeating himself. It didn't seem to matter, though. They'd said those words a ridiculous number of times, but that didn't make them any less true and he didn't think he'd ever tire of hearing or saying them.

His hand moved gently over her side as the kiss deepened a little more. "So much," her murmured almost inaudibly against her lips.

A smile moved over her features when he told her that she was beautiful. He'd just said it, but that didn't matter. He could say it a hundred times and she would never get tired of hearing it.

Though they were in no rush, the embrace seemed to deepen of its own accord. There was a little more hunger behind his kiss, and she returned it. She wanted him just as badly as he wanted her, after all, and now that they were married, she had no reason to hold back.

Bethany hummed softly when his hand began to move over her side. That felt... indescribable. As ridiculous as it might seem, his simplest touch was capable of sending goosebumps over her entire body.

"So much," she echoed as she shifted a little closer to him.

Her heart was pounding nervously in her chest, but she chose to ignore it. There was no reason for her to be nervous. She trusted him. She knew that he would never hurt her. There was a small voice in the back of her head that wondered what would happen if she let him down, though.

Danny wasn't nervous. Not really. There were a few butterflies dancing around in his stomach, because he hadn't done this nearly as many times as people seemed to think her had, but he wasn't worried. He and Bethany fit together perfectly in every way. He didn't expect this to be any different.

Even if it wasn't perfect, Bethany had nothing to worry about. She could never let him down. He loved her. It would be perfect simply because it was her.

His hand moved back up her side as he kissed her deeply. Danny's hand brushed over her cheek before his fingers tangled in her blonde waves. He smiled at the feel of her hair between his fingers.

His other hand was pressed to the small of her back, drawing her firmly against him and he started to slowly guide them closer to the bed, but he didn't break the kiss. As ridiculously as it sounded, he sometimes felt as though he couldn't breathe if his lips weren't pressed to hers. He needed her like he needed air.

It was likely a testament of her naivety, but Bethany wanted this to be perfect. It was their first night as husband and wife, after all, and she didn't want him to think that he'd married someone that couldn't please him.

A shiver ran down her spine when his fingers tangled in her hair. It was a simple gestures, but with him, that was all it took. Her arms wrapped tightly around his shoulders when he pulled her closer, and she hummed softly against his lips. The way that he was slowly guiding them toward the bed went unnoticed. She was distracted by the way it felt to have his lips on hers.

Like him, she often felt like she needed him... like she couldn't breathe without him. It was why she'd wanted to marry him. As dramatic as it sounded, it hurt to be away from him.

It would be perfect. Danny had no doubts about that. Being with Bethany couldn't be anything less than perfect. It was an idealistic belief, but Danny didn't question it for a moment. He hadn't wanted anyone else since their first kiss. No matter what, he had no regrets about marrying her.

Danny pulled his lips from hers and trailed kisses over her jawline before moving to give her neck the same treatment. His arm tightened around her waist, pulling her still closer, even though their bodied had already been pressed firmly together.

"I love you so much," he breathed against her skin between kisses. It lips trailed down to her shoulder as the hand at the small of her back started to move slowly toward the zipper that held her dress in place. He wasn't in any rush, despite what the shifting of his hand might suggest. Danny was perfectly content just brushing his lips over her skin. He intended to take his time and make this moment with her last for as long as possible.

Bethany whimpered softly in protest when he pulled out of the embrace, but that whimper faded into something a moan when his lips began to work over her jaw and neck. A year had passed since their initial kiss, but this was the first time she hadn't felt guilty for losing herself in him.

"So much," she breathed as her hands began to move over his chest and sides. "I love you so much."

She turned and tilted her head so that she could press fevered kisses to the side of his neck. He smelled clean... like soap and cologne and something that was distinctly him. The familiarity of it brought a slight smile to her face.

For the moment, she was oblivious to what his hand was doing. It felt good as it moved over her back, and that was the only thing that registered. Eventually, she would remember that she'd bought lingerie for this exact moment, but when he was kissing her, she couldn't think about things as trivial as what she was supposed to be wearing.

Danny groaned softly as her lips pressed to his neck. That felt.. it was really hard to think when she was kissing him like that. Every little kiss and touch felt so good.

Moments later, Danny was tugging gently at her zipper as he continued to trail heated, tender kisses over her shoulders. His fingers grazed over the soft skin of her back and he hummed with pleasure as he worked.

"So beautiful," he murmured as his mouth found the tender flesh at the hollow of her throat. He sucked gently at her skin before starting to trail kisses back up her neck and toward her jawline.

A moment later, his lips found hers again and Danny urged his wife into a deep, wanting kiss. His hands pulled more diligently at her dress, working to push it from her slight frame as his nipped and pulled at her lips.

It probably didn't make a lot of sense, but a wave of desire washed over her when he groaned. It wasn't the first time she'd pulled that sort of reaction from him, but there was something about hearing him respond to her touch... knowing that she could make him feel that good.

She nipped gently at his neck as he began to unzip her dress. On some level, she was vaguely aware of what he was doing, but she was far too distracted by the way his lips were working over her skin. Her hold on him tightened when he urged her into a deep kiss, and she hummed softly. That was... kissing him was... when combined with the way his fingers were teasing over her back, she couldn't fight the shiver that ran down her spine.

"Mmmm... so good..."

A heartbeat later, he was pushing at her dress with a little more purpose. She couldn't explain it, but she stiffened slightly when the material slipped down her frame. As much as she wanted this, she was nervous. Unfortunately, marriage hadn't magically expelled all of her fears.

Danny had easily gotten caught up in what they were doing. He couldn't help himself. The way she felt, tasted, sounded was addictive. It had always been easy to get swept away by his desire for her, even before this moment.

He groaned again as she nipped at his neck. That felt.. amazing. Then again, Bethany had always had that affect on him.

"So good," he echoed against her lips as he continued to kiss her deeply.

Despite his raging hormones, though, he couldn't help noticing the way she stiffened slightly as the dress she'd been wearing slipped down her frame.

"Are you okay?" he asked, pulling back and brushing a hand over her cheek. The last thing he actually wanted to do was stop, but it was obvious something was wrong.

Bethany would've been lying if she'd said that her hormones weren't raging. She wanted him just as much as he wanted her. After all, the way he felt, tasted, and sounded was equally addictive.

She nodded when he pulled back to question her. She was alright, but...

"What if I do it wrong? What if you don't like it?"

She didn't try to pull away from him as she spoke. If anything, her hold on him tightened. Deep down, she knew that she was ruining the moment, but she couldn't help it. There was no question in whether or not she wanted to give herself to him. She was simply afraid that she would somehow disappoint him.

Danny couldn't help smiling at her words as he shook his head.

"Baby, that's not even possible. You're going to be amazing. I'm going to love it because it's you."

Danny didn't have nearly as much experience as people seemed to think he did and he'd done little to discourage that reputation. All the same, he had no doubts that making love to Bethany was going to be the most amazing experience of his life.

His hand brushed over her cheek as he worked to reassure her. He didn't think she was ruining the moment at all. If she needed a little reassurance to calm her nerves, he was happy to give that.

"We don't even have to do this if you're not ready, baby, but you don't have anything to worry about. It's going to be perfect, because I love you. Nothing can change that."

Maybe it was naive of him to make that claim, but he firmly believed what he was saying.

Bethany didn't have any experience. She didn't understand why he thought she was going to be amazing. After all, she'd never even come close to doing the things they were about to do. There was something about his reassurances, though. It was difficult for her to worry when he was looking at her the way he was looking at her.

"I'm ready," she assured him a little quicker than necessary. "I'm definitely ready. I mean... I'm a little nervous, but this is what I want... you are what I want."

Rather than continuing to babble at him, she leaned forward and pressed her lips to his in a gentle kiss.

"I love you," she murmured once more.

A heartbeat later, she deepened the embrace. Her arms wrapped tightly around his frame, and she brought their bodies close together. Her heart was still pounding, but she hadn't been lying when she'd told him that this was what she wanted.

Bethany's experience didn't matter. Nothing mattered except the fact that Danny loved her and he knew that everything was going to be perfect.

He nodded when she assured him that this was what she wanted. Despite his words, he was relieved to hear that. While he hadn't married her just to get her to have sex with him, he'd be lying if he claimed he wasn't really looking forward to it.

"I love you, too," he returned without hesitation after returning the kiss. He wasn't even going to consider complaining when she deepened the embrace a moment later. The dress she wore had fallen to the floor and Danny's hands began to wander over her curves as he nipped and pulled at her lips.

"You're so beautiful," he murmured, though it would have been impossible to understand what he was saying with his mouth fused to hers like this. Rather than continue to try to vocalize his feelings, he let his hands and lips do the talking for him.

It felt as though her heart skipped several beats when his hands began to move over her curves. His touch made her insanely nervous, but at the same time, it felt really, really good. It was easy for her to focus on that rather than her fear of messing this up.

"Guh..." she breathed.

Bethany slipped her feet out of her shoes as they kissed. She hadn't been wearing much of a heel, but she lost an inch of height during the transition. Her arms tightened around him, forcing him to stoop a little more. A moment later, though, she released her hold on him so that she could focus on unfastening the buttons of his shirt. Regardless of how it might seem, she wasn't in a rush. She just wanted to feel him.

There was no way Bethany could mess this up. No way. It was strange, but Danny wasn't remotely nervous.

"I love you so much," he murmured against her lips as his hands slid over her curves. She felt amazing. Danny was certain nothing had ever felt better.

He grinned into the kiss as she started to undo the buttons of his shirt. Danny was in no rush, either, but he definitely wanted to feel her.

A moment later, the shirt was falling to the floor and Danny drew her closer again. A soft groan passed his lips at the feel of her body pressed so closely to his with so very little material between them.

"God, Beth.. you feel.. so good," he groaned as he deepened the embrace further.

Mark seemed to think he was an idiot for that, but Danny couldn't imagine wanting another girl when this one was so perfect. The way she reacted to every kiss and touch only made him want more. It wasn't the reason he'd married her, but it was nice to know she wouldn't be asking him to stop this time.

Danny kept his lips pressed to hers as his hands slid around to her back. He expertly worked the hooks on her bra and pulled the garment from her body without breaking the kiss. "Love you so much," he murmured as his lips pulled from hers to press hungry kisses along the line of her jaw. He kissed her neck and shoulders, keeping that contact of lips to skin even as she began to guide them toward the bed.

A short moment later, they were lying on the bed and he'd positioned himself over her. Danny trailed heated kisses down her neck and collarbones before making his way to her chest.

"So beautiful, so perfect," he breathed. A heartbeat later, he was pulling one perfect breast into his mouth, letting his tongue swirl around the nipple.
