Just wanted to pop in and let Angie and the rest of you know that I'm having car troubles and am tinkering with it to figure out what is wrong today. Hopefully it won't take all day and I'll be able to get to that Ron/Hermione thread and more!

In other news, I'm preparing to be depressed for the next seven weeks after Tuesday night and Glee goes on hiatus until April 10th... They're going to give me a heart attack with this upcoming episode and all the shockers and cliffhangers they keep saying are in it. That's all!

Hey Guys!! Its Ms here again, I played with you guys a long time a go and I'm so thrilled to be back. You have no idea how excited I was that this game was still going. You were all so wonderful and I'm sure you still are!

I've come this time with my version of Katie Bell! I would LOVE to start her off with friendships and hatreds and crushes... ANYTHING :D If there's any idea you've had for your character where Katie might fit in I'd be more than happy. I'm usually up for anything so don't be scared.

Um, you can read her profile if you wish but she's generally a fun loving girl who recently, with all the awful stuff going on, has started to hide in her shell a bit more and become snappy and very irritated. Taking her ONLY vice (Quidditch) away from her is not helping in the slightest either... so I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of tiffs with close friends happened. But she loves everyone deeply so would work on making up for her behaviour ♥

So... yeah! PLEASE PLAY WITH ME :D I've missed the HP world so much you have no idea.

None of my old codes seem to work perfectly anymore (or maybe I'm just dumb and can't work them) and no photoshop for me anymore either. I talked with the mods about Fleur being in France with the kids and we decided that the magical journal networks aren't a worldwide connection and that she wouldn't be able to communicate with people in the UK through journal entries in Southern France. So she is a little out of commission, so to speak.

We also discussed the possibility of an DE searching for her in France because of her being married to a Weasley and having known connections to the Order. We came up with the idea that the French Ministry is aware of her situation, and since she is a bit of a celebrity in France and her family is of high standing, they are protecting her through keeping security on her parent's home. So she, her children, and Gabrielle are all staying there.

Basically the only way to get in touch with her would be to go directly to her or be able to send owls without Ministry suspicion, ie Pureblood families or high ranking Ministry officials. She'd go under a different pen name in case the Ministry/DE did stick their nose in the owl.

For the group of characters who volunteered to go out on the rescue mission Remus updated about, they would have set off in search of the people Monday so feel free to do whatever you wish with it. Threads, updates, random craziness is all welcomed. =]

They would have had a meeting with 'Elder' members of the Order the night before they were to leave in order to hash out the details and get everyone on the same page.

Alright, so everything should be updated as to the new content and all character related things. If you see anything, or anyone, out of place or something missing, don't hesitate to tell us. You all know by now that we're forgetful and it's easy to miss something completely! So go ahead and check the posts on the mod journal just to make sure your characters weren't let out of anything and that they are all in the right place.

Monday will be the first official day of game play for the two-year forward. We'll post it officially on the main board for all logistic purposes but feel free to begin all journal updates and threads and such starting Monday. As for threads that will be 'in the past' feel free to finish them or summarize them and mark them as complete.

Just a note to let everyone know that we're hammering out the details for the plot shift. Long days and nights leave little brain power for much else so apologies for the recent lack of show on our end. A big thank you to those of you who have kept the show rolling! We know that a lot of us here are going through finals and the like for school so we understand any lack of time as it is being devoted to important things.

A reminder with the new month coming up to update your journals twice in May and if anyone needs to be excused again or at all for this then feel free to talk to us and let us know what's going on.

Hey, lovelies. Taking what the mods opened up to us regarding the chocolates and just V-Day in general, I opened up a thread at the Leaky for anyone who has kids that might make an appearance. Any friends of Hannah's probably have received word from her about karaoke night on V-Day, and Tom purchased a great deal of chocolates (some of which have been spiked with that love potion). By all means, don't feel obligated to go that route though. I just wanted to give people an easy out for a thread that could be enjoyable and boost plot.

Thus far Sally-Ann, Adrian, and Hannah are open threads for tagging. There is also the opportunity to start your own if you have characters in mind, so feel free to jump in!

Week Long Game Event

We've seen this done several times but it is always a great way to have people do something crazy and fun without having to plot like mad and build up to it. So starting today there are batches of sweets going out form several sweet shops in Wizarding England that have been tampered with. Of course they've been infused with a powerful love potion. Powerful enough to urge even the most unbreakable of wills to seek what love potions encourage the consumer to do; find their 'love'. It doesn't have to be specific to the sender but it can be if anyone wants to plot that out with their characters. Basically, if your character consumes something laced with the love potion then they will seek out their love or someone to love. Have fun with it, be random, be crazy!

The tampered sweets will be on the shelf for the rest of this week and it will not be easy for characters to figure out that they were drugged with love potion. By the end of the week, the secret will be discovered, the sweets pulled off the shelves, and everyone's minds will be put at ease with the guiltless explanation of love drugged.

Edit: The effects of the potion will last for twelve hours, so have those love sick kids stalk their prey! Also, they will not remember everything that happened. At least not every detail. They're drugged but they'd get the gist of what happened!

KAY, KIDLETS. Anyone in the Order is welcome to post on the Order thread once we get Remus & Tonks posted on there and smoochy booching. You don't have to do long strings on there, you're welcome to just post and say that they watched the ceremony, said congrats, chatted for awhile, ate some food, and then left for work. We know that these things can turn into eternity, so only have your character stick around if you want to!

Just make sure it's obvious by putting Name/Open or Name/Whoever you want them to mess with in the subject line. You might want to check with other people to make sure that they want to thread on there before you label it directly to someone! JUST HAVE SOME FUN ON THERE.

GREETINGS. I do in fact live, though it may not seem like it.

I've been plagued this past week with an ear infection that left headaches behind that were hardly conducive to roleplaying, and now that at least the sinus congestion has stopped and my ears are buzzing rather than SCREECHING... I feel like I can concentrate on a blinding computer screen for more than two minutes.

I will start working on thread tags tomorrow, and hopefully get everything I owe done before Saturday night. If I've forgotten to post anything that was supposed to happen while I was AWOL please let me know! If you want to do anything with any of my characters, also let me know!

If you think your character should have been invited to Daphne's birthday party, but I didn't include him/her on the list, please let me know! Daphne always throws big parties for her birthday (usually with a theme -- last year it was Ancient Greece) so if they're even just acquaintances, they've most likely been invited.

Also, let's pretend that the bit on the invitation at the bottom about monetary gifts isn't there. Daphne thinks that's tacky, but I'm rubbish at photoshop.

Hello everyone! We hope that everyone enjoyed their holidays and had excellent vacations and company! Now that we're all rested and out of that crazy busy holiday mode, prepare to see things rolling again.

We've got new characters being picked up and new members coming in very soon, so be ready to respond to character intros and to hit the friend adder!

We've got more plot lined up and huge things planned for Liberalis!

Also, we were wondering if we ought to do a screened post where you all can tell us things you would like to see more of or just see in general here in Liberalis. We want to be sure everyone is having fun and enjoying the time they put into the game.

1. Single Death Eater attacks are very welcome! NPCs are available to attack your character(s) if you would like it to happen. Also, we can NPC any Death Eater that isn't taken and not claimed as an NPC already.

2. As it's been pointed out, we'll let you all know when a big group thread is upcoming. A lot of times the day changes from we originally plan it so the heads up will probably happen around a week in advance!

The Daily Prophet

The morning edition of The Daily Prophet reported on the attack on St. Mungo's, Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. It went into detail over the Death Eaters and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named himself terrorizing patient and Healer alike and made it clear that their main priority seemed to seek out and kill Xenophilius Lovegood. It is thought that the Minister of Magic was once again a target, though he escaped the battle injury free.

Witnesses claim that the Dark Lord was confronted by Auror Harry Potter and that battle ensued. Potter is currently in recovery after the near fatal incident.

Law Enforcement and Aurors arrived at the scene as Death Eaters were leaving the battle.

The death toll was at approximately 34 as of this morning.

A list of the deceased were included, amongst them were Death Eaters Walden Macnair and Hugo Jugson and the editor of The Quibbler, Xenophilius Lovegood.

I'm just going to throw up a list of people that I know for sure would have been invited to the wedding before I get the thread up. If I don't list one of your characters and you think that they were friends with Cliff/Morag then just let me know! Obviously you don't have to bring all of the characters invited, but you're welcome to! Also, if I list one of your characters and it makes you feel as if you need to stare at me in wonder, comment and I'll try to explain my thought process. Most of these are Purebloods, labeled as friends on intros, or they work for Cliff. That being said, Cliff wasn't sticking to just Purebloods AT ALL when he put his two cents into the invite list.

Speaking of the wedding thread, you do not have to respond to the ceremony. For the sake of all of our sanity and time constraints, you can just post on the reception area and have your character talking to whatever, thinking about the ceremony, doing whatever the hell it is that your characters do.

Alright, we're going to forward date that attack thread for tomorrow night so we can get more of it done and have more time to have Order/DE characters react to what happened over journals/threads. So in game this isn't technically happening until Friday night.

In other news, hit the Friend Add because Ali [Sky Fawcett, Snape, and Gabrielle @OneThousandNames on AIM] has dropped due to time constraints and RL issues.

Also, those of you who haven't replied to the Ron or Hannah intro, please do so!

All Death Eaters and Order Members may join the battle thread if they want their character(s) there. This is the place that Bill talked about to the Order on his journal, the place Lucius referred to in his journal, and the place where Xenophilius was tortured for sending the Death Eaters to despite it being the correct location of a family heirloom of his that Voldemort wants.

The 'who' on the thread includes all Order members and Death Eaters so feel free to join. As explained in Bill's journal there are two portkeys that Order members must get to as quickly as possible when they receive message of an attack. The posts for the two groups both stated that they waited the planned amount of time for people to arrive before they took the portkey to the battle scene. Since Saturday there have been Order members taking turns guarding the place in hopes to gain the goblins' trust and aid in the Order's quest to stop this war. The time has come to prove that they can trust at least the witches and wizards of the Order while the Death Eaters come to teach the goblins a lesson and take what their master wants. The DE did not expect the Order to be there and are caught off guard, tipping the scales in the Order's favor.
