Well, for those of you who don't know, my father-in-law passed away right before Thanksgiving. I put a little comment on my Hiatus, but I doubt anyone checked it. For all I know, you won't even check this. But it is worth a shot.
The reasons are very important, and I held them back. The main one was simple. I was gone for three weeks dealing with a death, and NO ONE posted anything until Ashe came back. In my next game, I will fix these things. But I was unhappy with the game before I left. I tried to make it work. I tried to be the "Cool" game dude. And all it got me was shit.
Let me explain. Someone called me a rapist the first week of the game. I never tried to rape anyone, but I was accused. Then people joined as crappy characters, and got ticked off when I said No. So I tried to be "Fun Time Daniel." And it didn't work. Laid-back isn't the way to run a game.
If you are no mentioned, you didn't do anything to tick me off and you were amazing. Thanks for playing. As for the rest of you:
Chip - You fail. Chip never posted anything...what a waste. You wanna blame school? I am in school, have a kid and wife, and have a job. I made time. Save your "I'm a film student" shit for someone who cares. You were the first member, and the biggest disappointment. Also, your character was lame and boring, and I had to god-mode like crazy to save your ass. What a waste, indeed.
Lyssa - You went on hiatus when she got married...how fucking long is the honeymoon gonna last? At this point it's like a month and a half. Don't go on hiatus, just quit if you don't plan on coming back. Also, your character were almost as interesting as my kids poo. Good job. Hope the hubby thing works out, cause RPing isn't your thing.
Sonne - You suck on so many levels, I could write a book. You go on and on OOC about how cool your characters are. It is painful. You did it with both me and Ashe. It is almost insane. From what I know about you, ya have no job and take care of kids. You sit here all day twiddling your diddly about how amazing Kate and her boyfriend are. Newsflash, no one cares. You are more annoying than anything I have ever seen.
Ashe - You are amazing. Thanks for everything.
Daniel - That's correct. I am gonna bash myself. Most of this is my fault. I forgot how stressful a game was. No one threads, no one has ideas, and you have to move things along. I thought we were all adult writers, and didn't need to be lead. I was wrong. It is my own fault. I set up a situation where everyone depended on me to set the time and location. I won't do this again. I also made Abe. Lord, how I hate Abe. He was so happy, and the moment he showed any kind of sadness, no one wanted to play with him anymore. So I made Zeke. Then I realized Zeke would just kill everyone. Next time I will find the line and stick to it. Mainly, this is my own fault.
As for The Marc player, Cop with a kid, (sorry lost the real names during my hiatus time) and Beatrix, you were great. I enjoyed playing with you, and would gladly have you again. As for now, I will close this down to posting, and change my AIM. If we cross paths again, say hello. As for the ones I complained about....avoid me at all costs.

The timing is pretty awful but I'm likely going to be a bit scarce too. I'm getting married in Nine FREAKING Days, so I'm going to be pretty scattered. Plus things are a bit hectic at work right now since we're down a manager goign into Holiday Hell, so... yeah. I know for sure that a week from now I will have completely vanished from the Interwebs, and I'm probably going to be pretty spotty between now and then.
Assume that Sam is generally tagging along and keeping up Morale. She's trying to make herself as useful as possible because she worries that otherwise she'll be left behind. If it works for everyone, we can say that she's having Sawyer teach her more about first aid and they can be working on that at various times in the background while their respective players are MIA? IDK. I'll try to keep tagging as I can, and I still get notifications and e-mail on my phone, just... don't expect a lot from me, lol.
