F.Y.I.

After weeks of marathon cabinet meetings, caucus discussions, and confinement to Colonial One, Cedric sat silently as he waited for the Raptors external door to finish opening, and to make his way to the Avalon's hanger deck.

As he reached the solid deck of the hanger, surrounded by all the commotion and activity, Cedric quickly turned back to thank both the Pilot and ECO as they made their way to the deck themselves and offered his hand in apology and appreciation, for performing the tedious task of chauffeuring him around. Without his usual entourage of security and advisers, or his briefcase of folders and note, Cedric appreciated the rare opportunity the Battlestar offered to get away from Colonial One alone and quickly tried to take stock of it all, as he proceeded to make his way to the corridors of the ship.

Making his way along the halls of the ship, passing through the horde of officers and crew as they went about their daily routine of activities and duties. Cedric couldn't help but be reminded of the dilemma surrounding the state of the fleet that brought him to the Battlestar on his last visit, and now forced him to return once again.

As Prime Minister, he only hoped that his reason for his visit would prove to be more productive than his last, and would solve the dilemma that they all faced. As he paused to savor his last moment of near peace that he had for months, before he knocked on the door to the Admirals Office.
