[It isn't an outright rejection, not an outright statement of "I'm not interested in revenge; I don't need you", but it's good enough when Sebastian is at the end of his patience like this. Ciel did just foolishly permit him to make his own interpretations, anyway.
Ciel doesn't get a chance to scream. If he does, it's muffled against the hand Sebastian already has clamped over his mouth. If he struggles, he only has one arm free for use - the other one, along with Ciel's body, is pressed up tight against Sebastian's chest. Sebastian's other arm wraps around Ciel too tightly for him to move, and it offers some meager protection against the wind as they rush forward.
It's not the fastest Sebastian can go - Ciel's human body wouldn't be able to take that - but it's fast enough that there's little risk of anyone seeing them on the way. It's hardly more than two minutes later that the dash comes to an abrupt end: Ciel is dropped to the ground with little gentleness. The ground that's full of dead leaves, and pine needles, and the shadows that the trees cast from above.
They're in the forest, and Sebastian is standing over Ciel, every hint of a polite, amiable smile gone.]
