[She's really never felt anything like this before -- her loyalty and her care for others doesn't manifest the same way as Kija's care and dedication to Yona does, of course, her own loyalty having nothing to do with the way her blood responds -- but those feelings hits her strongly enough that she can't help but breathe out a little in surprise, suddenly hit by it all. Of course she cares about her husband and her children, wanting them to be happy and safe, willing to do anything to protect them -- but even that feels different from this feeling.
And as she tries to process it all, she feels that same almost-painful feeling of loyalty towards Yona, the need to protect her and keep her safe. And while she cared about Yona before this, of course she did, this leaves her feeling a little... strange, to say the least.]
