Nikita screamed herself as Pavla screamed, and promptly fell off the bed. She landed with a grunt, blinking as she saw Nate crack his head and go into ‘superhero’ mode. Slowly she raised herself, peering over the edge of the bed. “I didn’t say anything about a him, but the doctor is after me! Well, actually I’m supposed to go to him, but I don’t wanna!” She nodded her head, sliding her pale gaze over to Pavla.
She whined softly, crawling back up on the bed and bumped her nose against his chin with another whine. “I didn’t mean to scare you.” She whimpered, ducking her head and looking back over at Nate. “I…” Her eyes trailed over Nate, and she snickered softly. “LOVE the colors, Nate. Although I always pictured you in baby powder blue. Don’t kill me!” She ducked her head, arms coming up to cover her head as she sat beside Pavla on the bed.
“I can’t help that I’m still a little wired from our heist! You know how I get after a long shift, and it’s really not my fault!” She pulled an arm away, and looked over at Pavla. “You know, purple really is his color.” She nodded her head, sliding her eyes back over to Nate and watched him carefully for a moment. “I…didn’t mean to make you, you know, like hit the rafter. Or scare Pavla, or anything. I…blame the night guard. He let me take his key!” She nodded her head once more, her whole body vibrating before she bounced a little on the bed.
“So yeah! Get this.” She shifted, settling down on her knees as her hands moved while she spoke. “Alex told me I have to go see Dr. Lance today. Why do I have to go see him? He’s scary, and he might eat me!” She paused, brows drawing together. “Well, I don’t know about the last part since I’ve only spent less than five minutes in a room with the man, but he gives me the willies!” She shivered visibly, and then looked at Pavla with a pout. “Help me out here! Make him not make me go have a stupid physical!” She whimpered again, glancing back over at Nate. “I swear, I’m as fit as a fiddle! Nothing wrong with me whatsoever, so I don’t see why I have to go have one at all. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it right? Right.” She nodded her head once again, bouncing a little on the bed as she did so.
