Monday
Who?: Nikita and Mag
What?: Talking, having girl time
When?: After the lunch rush, Nikita's not so much a people person

Lazy days were the best Nikita thought, and since it was raining that made the lazy day even better. She'd spent the better part of the day in bed, reading, and wondering if she'd have a job this time from the captain when they arrived in Hawaii. It didn't really matter to her, but she supposed she needed to get in contact with him. Yesterday she hadn't felt well, just a little bit under the weather so the shapeshifter had locked herself away. Now, she felt better and wanted to stretch her legs a little. Yeah, that'd do wonders for her. She thought for a moment about shifting into one of her forms, and running amok around the ship. Nah, that wouldn't do. She needed to be plain old, Nikita today.

Pulling on an old pair of jeans, a t-shirt, a pair of socks and then her sneakers she opened her door and stepped out into the hallway. She looked left, and then right as she shut her door behind her. There weren't any new funky shadows, and that, in her book, was peachy.

Thinking of the word peachy, her stomach let out a small rumble. Patting her belly she murmured, "No worries. We'll go see Mag, and get something good to eat." She nodded, and started off toward the galley. Running her fingers through her hair, she pulled it up into a quick messy knot before opening the door. She smiled, nodding to a few crew members she knew and stood at the line. The shapeshifter bounced a little in place, humming a song she'd heard a long time ago. At least it seemed like a long time ago to her, in all reality it could've been a day or so ago.

She tapped on the top of the counter, "What do I have to turn into to get a little service around here?" She smiled, teasing of course. "I could change into a puppy and beg if that's what you want!" She called, peering over the top of the counter and trying to see into the back of the kitchen. She lowered herself again, bouncing once more as she started humming again. She knew Mag wouldn't do anything to her while they were in the ship, and in the air. And honestly, Nikita didn't think that Mag would hurt her if they weren't in the ship. Unless of course she grabbed her by the tail (if she was in a form that had a tail) and hurled her at an enemy.

She pursed her lips in thought, and canted her head to the side. She'd have to ask Mag about that.

Mag had been busy from the start that day. She kind of liked the days where they were in a new place. Most of the crew fled the ship and ate elsewhere it seemed. Now that they were in the air they were all hers to feed. She sighed and gave a few more orders, the rush finally winding down. Mag started cleaning up. She had a crew in the kitchen, but she still liked to do everything pretty much herself. Well at least as much as she could possibly do. Not like she had much to do otherwise. She only liked to read so much, television was just too stupid anymore, and movies...well she would fall asleep during most of them.

Rolling her eyes at a familiar voice she snorted, "When you learn to come on time!" She grinned and popped out of the galley. "Where you been? Get locked up in Paris or something?" She smirked, her hands on her hips as she studied her friend. "You look starved to death."

Moving over she grabbed a plate and started filling it full. she hadn't ate yet either. It was hard to keep up with one's own eating habits when working with food all the time.

They had made a pretty good spread of vegetables and fruits this time around for lunch. The meat was fried chicken or meat loaf and she looked up at Nikita with a raised brow, "You better get three veggies, I'm telling you now or I won't feed you at all." She smirked and canted her head to the side. "I've got something to talk to you about."

Looking over her shoulder she saw that everyone was still working away as they should, as they would. Her crew weren't slackers. She figured most of them were scared they would be put through the wall or into the stove if they slacked off in front of her. She smiled back at Nikita.

Nikita's head was still cocked to the side, her thoughts a little ways away when Mag spoke. "I did come on time...for me. You know I don't like crowds, and with this crowd they're all a little..." She raised her hand, twirling her finger around in a circle as she made a 'cuckoo' sound. She shook her head at Mag's next question and dropped her hand back down to her side. "No, I stayed on the ship. Just felt blah." She lifted a shoulder and looked down at herself. "I am not, I'm still living. I, would like to have you know, that I did sneak in here yesterday to grab something to eat." She grinned at the other, and lifted her slender shoulders in a shrug. It was true, she knew that there would be some sort of food left out, and if not she could always coerce one of Mag's crew into making her something. She knew the male's weaknesses, the females were a little harder to work on. Unless they were older, then she'd play the pitiful child to them.

She watched intently as Mag started filling up the plate, and moved down the line. "Of course I will." She grinned, "I want green beans, carrots, potatoes and some of those spiced apples. And I want two chicken breasts. I'm hungry so pile it up. OH! And some okra!" She bounced a little, and blinked. "Really?" She'd only been out of commission for one day, and now there was something she didn't know about. Man, she really needed to stay outside her room and learn what was going on. She hated being out of the loop. She was like a sponge, soaking up everything that she could. Be it gossip, or actual truth. She didn't care, she just liked knowing stuff.

"Man, don't come out of my room for a day and I'm out of the loop." She rolled her eyes and looked back into the kitchen. She glanced back at Mag, giving her a smile. "Alex hasn't come by and bothered you has he?" She raised a brow, smirking a little. She knew just what a handful her brother could be, and she hadn't seen him in quite sometime herself. She wondered, briefly, if he was still alive and well. If not it was his own damn fault. He should be alive somewhere, probably in bed himself or doing God knew what. "And what's the news? You know me, I'm dying to know now." The slender blonde almost vibrated in place as she waited to hear and watched Mag make her plate.

Mag chuckled and rolled her eyes, "You're the one that's a little crazy. You just don't want the crowd to know it." Mag listened to her friend and raised a brow at her. "Did you go see the doctor? You might be coming down with something." Of course she herself would never ever go see that man. He was a wearer of lab coats and fond of sticking people with needles, just like all the other people that she hated. Mag would be on death's doorstep before she ever crawled into Jordan's offices. "Good."

The cook filled Nikita's plate as full as she possibly could while still being able to carry it. "You're going to turn into a chicken one day, I hope you know." Mag grinned at Nikita, "Dunno what good that animal will do, as far as I know they're only good for eating. Possibly lay eggs a lot." She pursed her lips and eyed Nikita, "Then again you'd be a skinny chicken and skinny chickens usually don't lay eggs and they definitely aren't any good to eat."

Mag giggled and shook her head, handing Nikita her plate over the bar, then finishing up her own. She rounded the buffet bar and grabbed herself a bottle of water before glancing around and taking a table close to the kitchen door in case she was needed. She took her time settling down, knowing full and well it would drive Nikita nuts. "Well, no, he hasn't." Mag's brows drew together a little in concern, "Where's he at? I think the last time I saw him was the day before yesterday and I think it was only a glimpse. Which is...really odd."

She took a bite of her meatloaf then a swig of her water before even answering Nikita's curiosity. "I know what the captain has planned for Hawaii. And I got to hang out with Arlen Kesh the other day too. So which you want to hear about first?" She smirked and took a bite of her meatloaf again. She would eat her veggies later, she liked them better than meat anyway and she believed in saving the best for last.

Nikita pouted at Mag, "I am not crazy. I'm the normal one, the rest of them are the crazy ones." She nodded, her tone matter of fact. Her brow creased for a moment, and she shook her head. "I'm fine. I just..." She paused for a moment, in all reality she'd been depressed, thinking about her parents and made herself feel bad. She wasn't coming down with anything that she hadn't dealt with before. "I just was down in the dumps, no biggie." Once again she lifted her slender shoulders in a shrug, hoping to drop the subject.

She watched Mag, and then rolled her eyes. "I could turn into one now if it'd make you happy. I'd only be able to hold it for a little while though." She canted her head to the side, listening to Mag for a moment. "I would be a very skinny chicken, with no meat whatsoever, and that wouldn't be a good thing." She nodded, eying Mag herself. "I think, that I'll never turn into one, just for the simple fact that I think someone might try to fry me."

She smiled, thanking Mag as she took the plate from her, and grabbed up eating utensils for the two of them. She waited on the other, grabbing herself a bottle of water as well and followed Mag over to the table. She handed the other the utensils, and moved her food around on her plate a little. It was a habit, it wasn't that she was picky she just moved stuff around before eating. She canted her head to the side, taking a bite of her spiced apples and chewed slowly. Nikita lifted a shoulder after she swallowed, "I have no idea where he's at. I haven't seen him in about a week."

"Finally!" Nikita rolled her eyes, "And still you're asking me to choose. I hung out with Kesh, and Drake for a few minutes the other day." She lifted a shoulder, "So tell me what the boss man has planned." She sat down her fork, and tore into the first chicken breast. She chewed the tender meat slowly, savoring the taste. Nikita could out eat most men that she knew, and she loved food. She loved the different flavors, aromas and textures of food. Of course, she did like meat the best, but she couldn't do without her fruits and veggies.

She undid the top of her water bottle, and took a sip to help wash down her food. After she swallowed she picked up her fork, spearing some green beans. "And then you can tell me more about Mr. Kesh. He seems like an interesting fellow." She lifted a shoulder, stuffing the fork into her mouth.

Mag raised a brow at her friend as she ate. She shook her head and swallowed, leaning back in her chair. "Need to talk about it?" Places like Paris were fun, but at the same time it made you miss those that you would usually spend it with. Like parents and siblings. Seemed that everyone on the ship had a sob story about missing someone. It was common, but it still hurt like everything.

"It wouldn't make me happy. You'd dirty up my galley and then I'd really have to wring your neck." She smirked at Nikita and then laughed, "Oh yes, my crew would definitely be eying you for tomorrow's menu." Giggling a little she shook her head, "Or at least toss you in a cage to fatten you up a bit for next month's eating pleasure."

Mag rolled her eyes, not wanting to admit that she was worried about Alex. Maybe even missing him a little. "He's probably off somewhere pouting because neither one of us loves him enough to go hunting for him." She smirked a little, "That's all it is, just one of his little teasing tests or whatever." She lifted a shoulder, had to be. Mag knew, deep down, somewhere in the back very dark corner of her heart, that if anything ever happened to Alex...she might shed an actual tear.

Mag giggled and shook her head. "Well apparently..." She leaned forward so she could talk in a lower tone of voice, "Our captain is planning a diamond heist. So he'll probably need you." Mag wasn't sure if she would really be needed, unless it was a pretty big amount of diamonds. She shrugged, "At least I'm figuring you'll be needed. I don't know the details or anything, just wanted to give you a heads up. Lieutenant didn't really want to talk about it, she doesn't like when he plans stuff like that." Again she lifted a shoulder then went back to eating a little.

"Kesh...is interesting." Mag raised a brow for a moment then snorted with a slight roll of her eyes.

Nikita shook her head, "No, I'm good. The less I think or talk about it the better." She gave Mag a slight smile, and looked down at her plate of food. It was...somewhat true. She'd only spoken of her parents to Alex, and even then those talks had been short and bittersweet.

"Yes, and that wouldn't be good." She joined in Mag's laughter, and shook her head. "Probably try to fatten me up, and seeing as how I couldn't really get out of the cage unless I shifted into a different form...they'd probably succeed and I'd be next month's lunch. Knowing my luck." She rolled her eyes, taking another mouthful of her food. She chewed slowly, and followed it with another draft of cooling water.

"He'll show up, when you least expect him. You know how he is." She lifted a shoulder smirking a little herself. "Probably, seeing how long it takes for one of us to hunt him down. Sneaky little bastard." She glanced over her shoulder, half expecting to see Alex sauntering into the galley. With a shake of her head she turned her attention back to her food, she downed another few bites and took another few sips of her water while Mag spoke.

She pursed her lips in thought, and leaned slightly forward herself. "Really? I'll have to see if he will need me. I'd hate to miss out on something as good as this." She smirked, and canted her head to the side a little. She nodded, thinking about that. "He might have better use for Alex than me, but I'll see if he might need us." She lifted a shoulder, leaning back and started eating herself. "Well, the Lieutenant has reason to be concerned. I mean, lots of stuff could happen while out on something like that." She lifted a shoulder, taking another bite of her food.

She licked her lips, raising a brow at Mag. She smirked a little, taking more food on her fork. "Just how interesting is he, Mag? I'm dying to know." She grinned, hoping that Mag caught the teasing note in her voice. She giggled, taking the food off her fork in one swift movement. She waggled her brows at Mag after she swallowed. "I didn't think you'd have it in you to break in a new member of the crew so fast." She grinned over at her friend, mischievousness and laughter dancing in her bright eyes.

Nodding when Nikita obviously didn't want to talk about what had her down yesterday, Mag let it be. She didn't want to pry, not even with someone she considered to be one of her closest friends. There was just some things not worth pressing for.

"I really don't see how you stay so skinny. Not with as much as you eat. It's crazy." She shook her head, some people were just lucky that way. Of course having someone to keep up with that was as fast as Alex did take a lot.

She smirked, "Yeah I know that." She glanced around too, half expecting to feel hands in unwanted places for a moment. She settled back down and ate a little. "You know if we were able to slow him down, he'd probably be as loud as an elephant." She smirked and giggled a little, "Sound would keep up with him."

Shaking her head she lifted a shoulder, "Personally, if I were the captain looking for someone to get in and out undetected and not DAMAGE everything then I'd use you. I'm always afraid Alex'll break something all the time." She lifted a shoulder, "Then again, it's always been in my galley that I think that." She grinned a little. She then sighed and thought for a moment, "As long as Selene isn't hurt then we'd be fine...I think. Wouldn't have the captain telling us where to go but...she'd be able to do that I guess."

Raising a brow slightly she snorted, "I...what?" Her dark eyes grew wide and she stared at Nikita, then threw a piece of okra at her. "I am not breaking him in!" She laughed, a slight flush coming to her cheeks, "I don't take after you. I'm sure you've been sneaking into his quarters." She giggled and shook her head, "His shield does make some pretty displays though." She lifted a shoulder and cleaned off her plate. She hadn't piled it half as full as Nikita's.

Nikita was relieved when Mag didn't push her for anymore information. It may have been years since her parents died, but there were times when their deaths seemed like they only happened yesterday.

She laughed, putting another forkful into her mouth. After she swallowed she lifted a shoulder. "I guess it has to do with the animal in me. I just have that high of a metabolism." She smiled over at her, and shook her head.

Setting her fork down she finished up one chicken breast and started on the other one. "He'll pop up somewhere." She watched Mag with an amused look on her face, "I'm waiting too on him to pop in here, steal my food, and grope you." She giggled, and canted her head to the side. She laughed again and grabbed a forkful of okra. "It's funny when he's been out running for a while it does take his voice some time to get back to a normal volume."

She listened to Mag as she spoke, lifting a shoulder. "It'd depend really on what the good captain wants. Alex could do it, undetected until they slowed down the camera enough." Her brow knitted, "If they could slow it down enough." She shook her head, not really knowing if a camera could catch her brother or not. "I could do it. I'd have to go in as something small. Monkey, puppy or squirrel." She giggled and shook her head, "He can't be that bad when he's in here." She nodded herself, taking a sip of her water. "Yeah, see that'd be a big problem. We'd all be on the run while the ship sat dormant. I don't know if it'd be a good thing for her to go or not." She lifted a shoulder, not really liking the thought of running. They'd be on an island, and that wouldn't leave them with many options.

She couldn't help but laugh, hard, at the reaction she'd gotten from Mag. It was the one she'd been hoping for. She laughed even harder, if that was possible, at the okra that was tossed at her. "I'm sure you aren't." She giggled again, reaching up to cover her mouth with her hand. "I will have you know that I don't even know where his quarters are." She stuck her tongue out at Mag, giggling a little once she pulled it back into her mouth. She took another bite of food, and canted her head to the side. "And how did you find that out?" She raised a brow, thinking for a moment. "If his shield protects him...how does he have sex? I mean..." She held her empty fork up, waving it about in the air for a moment and shook her head. "I don't know if I want to know the answer to that." She rolled her eyes, and resumed eating once again.

Mag laughed and shook her head. It was true, her body had to use up something in order to get into all those forms. Then Alex was talked about and she rolled her eyes. "He needs to learn NOT to grope me. One of these days I'll forget we're on the ship and send him through the wall." She shook her head, "Then I'll be thrown off the ship." She sighed and raised a brow, giggling a little. "Need to make him run around more often so he won't talk our ears off."

"True. But you know how he gets. He'll have a cocky moment and flip one of the cameras off and that'd be it. He'd be looked for." She smirked a little and lifted a shoulder, "Or see a pretty guard and get distracted. Then you changing into a squirrel..." She giggled again, "The captain will have to open a bag of nuts to get you to give him the diamonds." Mag sat there for a moment and shook her head, "I don't like the idea of just one being able to run the ship full time, you know. Makes me kind of nervous."

Rolling her eyes Mag let Nikita have her laugh, trying not to blush at all. The more she thought about it the more she felt her face heat up a bit though. So she tried to not think about anything, anything at all. "Suuuure ya don't." Mag grinned and waggled her brows at Nikita. Lifting a shoulder she took a sip of her water, "I grabbed his arm or hand or something, it colored. Different colors for different pressures to, it's pretty neat." Then Mag made a face, "Nikita!" She laughed, not willing to admit she had wondered the same thing multiple times.

A snicker passed Nikita's lips,"And that wouldn't be good at all. I'll remind him when I see him again, 'Don't grope Mag.' And I can see his reaction now." She pouted, going puppy eyed at Mag, "'But...but...you know in all reality she likes it!'" She even took on the quickness of her brother's speech, and the lower tone before she giggled. "You know he will." She rolled her eyes, and continued eating.

She chewed slowly, considering Mag's words for a moment. "True, true. He'd do that, and if there was a female guard period he'd get distracted." She shook her head, and took another bite. It wasn't that Alex was a womanzier, he just had a weak spot for women period. She raised a brow, laughed and then nodded. "You know it! Then we'll exchange them and while he counts the diamonds, I'll be counting the nuts to make sure it was an even trade." She laughed again, and finished off the rest of her food.

Pushing her plate away from her, she grabbed up her open water bottle and pulled her feet into the chair. Leaning back she let out a soft moan, "Thank you, Mag. It was excellent." She licked her lips, and watched Mag for a moment. Lifting a shoulder, she took a sip of her water. "What? I don't know where his quarters are, and even if I did I wouldn't sneak in there." She shook her head, and giggled softly.

Her brow furrowed again, and she thought for a moment. "So, he lights up when pressure is put on him?" She giggled, "What? It's an honest question. I mean, he'd be putting on a light show for whoever he was with when he was having sex with them." She laughed, "So if the sex wasn't good, you'd at least have the pretty lights and him to look at." She grinned innocently over at her friend, and shook her head with a giggle. Of course she had no idea if Kesh was a bad lay or not, and she didn't really plan on finding out. She was leaving that up to Mag, or another girl of the crew to find out.

"It's scary when you do that." Mag laughed and shook her head, "Scarier than when he does that face." She rolled her eyes. Thinking whether or not she really liked to be groped by Alex she snorted, "I might like it a bit better if he had the actual balls to go on through with it." Shaking her head she made a face, "Then again...I don't know where he's been and he'd be done too fast." She giggled and pushed her plate away so she could lean on the table.

Her giggle turned to a full laugh, "I think I'd rather had half and half. Half nuts to at least have something to eat, half diamonds to have something to buy more nuts with. If I was a squirrel that is....well part of the time one."

Lifting a shoulder she smiled at her friend, "Anytime. I'll tell the other cooks that you liked their meal." She raised a brow and snorted again, "Suuuure you wouldn't."

She laid her head on the table as Nikita talked about Kesh and having light shows. She giggled, but mainly wanted to hide her blush. Nikita was insane, horribly insane. "Stop it! Gah what if he walks in here?! You gonna ask him if he puts off a light show while being...having...er...sex." She giggled, snorting a little with the action and shook her head, still having it down. She had to be redder than her hair in the face.

"I'm sorry?" Nikita replied, giggling before she took a sip of her water. Her brow rose, and she came close to choking on her water at Mag's statement. After she spluttered for a moment, she reached up and wiped her mouth off with the back of her hand. "I'm sure he'd have the balls if you acted like you liked it a little. All it takes is a gentle nudge, remember that Mag." She giggled, and then made a face. "I don't want to think about that! Oh my God! I do not need to think about my brother having rabbit sex!" Sitting her water bottle down she covered her ears with a whimper and shook her head.

Nikita dropped her hands, laughing as well. "Yeah, but do you think it'd work out that way? Besides, if I was in squirrel form, I'd want the nuts more than I would the diamonds. Can't eat those." She lifted a shoulder, and grinned over at Mag.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm sure that you didn't cook anything of what I ate." She rolled her eyes, and then her features took on an innocent look. "No, I wouldn't. I do have some morals. Believe it or not!" She stuck her tongue out at Mag again, and then giggled.

She lifted a shoulder, picking up her water bottle to peel off the label. "Yes, I would and you know I would. I think that's why you want me to stop talking about it. You fear that he'll walk in and then you'll have to listen to me ask him." She giggled, watching Mag. "Oh, I didn't embarrass you did I?" She pouted a little, her eyes twinkling with mischief and laughter.

She played with a tear she'd made in the label, and pursed her lips in thought. "So, other than Kesh having pretty lights, and Hawaii...anything else going on?" She canted her head to the side, trying to steer the conversation in a different way so that Mag wouldn't die of embarrassment. She loved teasing her friend, but if she killed Mag she wouldn't have anyone to tease other than Alex. And that wouldn't be good.

"You're not sorry, so don't even pretend to be." Mag chuckled and lifted her shoulder again. "Haha! Gotcha." She pointed at Nikita and grinned, "Oh really?" She stopped for a moment, blushing heavily and shaking her head. "I still don't know where he's been, I could get one of those fast acting diseases off of him...if they're able to keep up with him..." She made a face slightly and giggled at Nikita's actions. "Someone gets naked with your brother, he pounces, lasts for five seconds then jumps off again."

She giggled and took another sip of her water. "True. I guess if you were a raven or something you'd want a few of the diamonds since they're shiny."

"SOME morals, very few and far between but there are SOME." Mag giggled and shook her head, "You have more than some people on this ship at least." Mag rubbed her hands over her face and glared at Nikita over her fingertips, "You're horrible, you have no morals! Yes you did and I swear if he walks in here I might as well crawl under the table. Or into the stove so I can be properly baked through and through." Her face was way too hot for her comfort, she hated it.

"Not...really. Other than there was a little meeting of sorts in here. Vivvy, Monkey, Bengal, Kesh and I were all in here together. It was king of weird. That's where Vivvy talked about the heist. Bengal...he's something else. I wouldn't want to run into him while the closet door is open." She giggled and shook her head with a grin.

"Well at least you can see right through my act." She rolled her eyes at Mag, "Yes, really." She shook her head, and rolled her eyes again with a sound in the back of her throat that was a mix between a growl and groan. "He's healthy. Always has been, and probably always will be. That's just your excuse to keep from finding out if he does actually have rabbit sex or not." She made a face again, and shook her head with a whimper. "Shush! I don't wanna hear about it! I'll start talking about light shows again."

She nodded, her brow knitting a little as she thought. She only had three bird forms that she took on a regular basis, and a raven wasn't one of them. "Yeah, but I'm good. I know that eventually the benefits of us doing the heist will trickle down to me, if they don't the day we do it." She smiled, and lifted a shoulder.

"Yes, some." She took a sip of her water, eyes going slightly wide as Mag glared at her. She swallowed, and made another sound in the back of her throat. "No, I have some morals, being curious does not equate to bad morals. I would be asking out of curiosity, and that alone. Now, I never said I had manners, and that's what that is. Has nothing to do with morals." She nodded once hard, and took another long drink of her water. "You'll live. You've got to." She shrugged her shoulders, and then smiled over at her.

"Ah," She pursed her lips in thought for a moment, playing with and still peeling the label off of her water bottle. "He's...I don't know. I took a rain check on dinner with him." Nikita admitted, lifting a shoulder. The way she figured it, if worse came to worse with Bengal she could always run away. "Yeah, he's a feral, and my animal part says to run far away or fight and my human part...well...we won't go there." She smirked over at Mag, "Actually my human part says to run away, that he'll get me pregnant by just looking at me." She laughed, shaking her head before taking the last draft of her water.

Mag laughed, "Fine, I won't talk about him as long as you don't start talking about light shows. I'll never be able to look at him the same again!" She sighed and ran a hand over her hair, "Guess that'd give me more means to stay in the kitchen though hmm?"

She smirked, "Sneaky." Rolling her eyes Mag snorted, "It depends on how far the curiosity takes you as to whether it's a matter of manners and morals doesn't it? I mean...if curiosity got you to kill someone just so you would know what it felt like, that would be a moral dilemma. Same as crawling in someone's bed for a peak at a light show." She eyed Nikita and then shrugged her shoulders. "Why do I have to live? What if I wanna crawl under a rock and die?" She smirked at her friend, "There's other cooks on board, I'm sure they'd feed you once you gave them that pouty face."

Shifting to sit back in her chair, Mag raised a brow. "Dinner?" She giggled, "What are you going to be wearing other than a plate?" She laughed and shook her head, "It's possible with him I think...one look and he pumps you with his testosterone...nevermind." She made a face then hid her burning cheeks from sight again. Mag sighed, "Here I was thinking that your animal part would want to be near him, alpha male attraction thing and all. I think I watch too much National Geographic." She had to admit, the only reason why she ever watched it was so she could learn how to cope with the ferals on board, or at least try to understand them better.

Nikita nodded, "You've got a deal." She grinned over at Mag, and rolled her eyes. "You'll deal with that." She giggled, and then shook her head. "No, it wouldn't you need to come out and be a social creature!"

"Me? Never." Nikita replied with a giggle and canted her head to the side. She shook her head, "No, that would be ethics and morals, not manners. Killing someone is bad manners, but it's the driving force that makes you kill someone that makes up the ethics and morals. Not manners. You don't kill someone out of bad manners, well, not you yourself having bad manners. You could kill someone for having bad manners, but that's not the point." Blonde brows drew together, and she reached up to rub her forehead. "I think I just gave myself a headache." She teased, canting her head at the other. "No, I will not crawl into someones bed for a peek at a light show. Not unless I'm invited." She nodded curtly again and smiled.

"Because you're my friend, and Alex is a brat? I don't want to have to put up with him all by myself." She used said pouty face against Mag and then shook her head. "They don't feed me nearly as well as you do. I think they think I'll eat them or something." She lifted a shoulder, and started playing with her water bottle.

The shapeshifter made a sound in the back of her throat, "Er...clothes?" Her brows knitted further, if possible as she looked at her friend in pure and utter confusion. "Yup, that's exactly what he does." She laughed, shaking her head. Nikita let out a sigh, "It...doesn't work that way for me. If he actually shifted into an animal, it might, but since he's not an actual animal but only animalistic he doesn't put off the right kind of pheromones...or somethin'." She lifted a shoulder again, "But, who knows, it might work like that one day...but for now it doesn't." She grinned over at Mag, bouncing a little in her seat.

Making a face Mag rolled her eyes, "Yeah yeah, I'll be a social butterfly." She snorted and shook her head.

Mag raised a brow and smirked, "I think you could kill someone with bad manners. I mean think of all those old ditties who sit around and have tea all the time." She giggled, "Probably one fart would keel them all over." Laughing she shook her head, "Need some Motrin or do I need to turn on the stove fan for the soon to be influx of smoke?" Another roll of her eyes and Mag started playing with her knife. "You so would, I know you would."

"Is that the only reason?!" Mag cried after a pause, "Here I thought you liked me for me not because I turn into an Alex baby sitter if I let him touch my boobs!" She pouted, "I feel so used." She then snorted, "They're all so...high and mighty, like they just stepped out of school and were the top of their class. Everyone should bow to them cause they're great cooks." She made a small sound like a growl and glanced back at the kitchen.

"Oh...ok then." Mag lifted a shoulder, smirking a little. "I just figured you'd want to be naked since you'll end up that way anyways if you ever go 'eat' with him." Now that was a thought, who was worse...Alex or Drake? Canting her head to the side a little she wondered on that for a few minutes. "He'll probably find a way to get you those right pheromones." She giggled and shook her head, "He seems the...destroy and conquer type."

Glancing back at the kitchen she then looked at their plates. "Come back with me so I can wash these up?" She stood and grabbed the utensils and plates then paused, "Unless you wanted seconds..."

"No you won't. I know better than that." Nikita replied with a small giggle and shook her head.

She canted her head to the side as she listened to Mag speak. "Well, that's true." She nodded, "Bad manners could kill someone." She giggled again and then shook her head. "Neither, I'm going to stop thinking while I'm ahead. Don't need to kill off too many of my brain cells with it."

Nikita's mouth dropped open into an O, "No, no. That's not the only reason. My gosh. I do like you for you, but you helping me torture my brother is a bonus." She shook her head, and rolled her eyes slightly. "Geez woman, don't feel used!" She pouted at her friend, and then shook her head. "I don't like many of them back there, honestly. They're exactly like you said, and they don't feed me. They think that one serving is enough for me." She snorted, and eyed Mag as she snorted.

"I might not end up that way thank you very much! I do have some ounces of self-control left in my body." She giggled, and canted her head to the side. "Shh, we'll not talk of that. I don't want him to get the right kind. I'll be purring around him like a cat in heat, and that wouldn't do on a mission would it?" She laughed, shaking her head. "He's not going to destroy me. Conquer is a possibility, but destroy...not so much."

"No, no seconds." Nikita replied and stood. She stretched, letting out a soft moan. "I'm stuffed, and it was sooo good." She patted her belly, and tossed their empty water bottles into the trash as they headed into the kitchen.

"Good." Mag laughed, "You'll need them for your next mission or something." She lifted a shoulder, "Or to put up with Alex is he ever shows up." Rolling her eyes she dumped the dishes in the sink already full of water.

"I know, I know." Mag laughed and gave a grin at Nikita. "Just like to hear that I'm appreciated every now and then." She rolled her eyes and eyed a few of the galley crew that were still hanging about. Shaking her head she said loud enough for any of them to hear, "People should be allowed to eat what they want when they what and however much they want. And I think that if anyone says any different then they should get a beating." She smirked as the crew fell silent, eyed each other, then her and finally left. "Good riddance."

It was true that Bengal could show up anywhere. Mag glanced up in the rafters for a moment, and not seeing anything she shrugged. Giggling Mag answered, "I want to see that! You curling around him and rubbing up against him! That'd be rich!" She laughed as she washed the dishes.

"Thanks." Mag smiled and rinsed the dishes and silverware before drying them off. She cleaned the counters off around the sink, then drained the water when she was satisfied that her galley was spotless. She leaned against the counter, "So now what?"

Thinking for a moment as she put up the dishes she glanced over at Nikita, "Have you met the new...woman or whatever that the captain has kept holed up for stealing our stuff?"

Nikita nodded, "As many braincells as I can have intact would be good." She shook her head, smirking a little. "Not so much on Alex. While he may think at superspeed, half of the time I don't think his brain can handle it." She laughed, and watched Mag.

Nikita smiled over at her friend, "Good, and you are appreciated." She nodded, that silly smile still on her face. She blinked, reaching up to stiffle her laughter as Mag spoke. "I couldn't agree with you more, or they could get eaten when they least expect it." She had to add her two cents in, and half of them really didn't know Nikita so they wouldn't know if she meant it or not. She laughed, shaking her head. "Yeah, that way we can talk in private."

She leaned up against the counter, crossing her slender arms underneath her breasts. "No, that wouldn't be rich, that'd be humiliating." She rolled her eyes, and made a gagging sound. "Afterwards, I think I'd crawl in a hole and die."

She smiled and nodded, "Just stating a simple fact is all." She lifted a shoulder, "I have no clue." She moved out of the way so Mag could do her cleaning, and pursed her lips in thought.

Nikita shook her head, "I had no idea the captain had a woman held hostage. I'll have to bug him about that though." She smirked, bouncing on the balls of her feet a little. She liked the captain, he was like another Alex to her. "You know," Her brows drew together, "While I was talking to Drake in the galley...something weird happened." She thought for a moment on using the right words to explain, "I know this is going to sound really odd, but bear with me. We were talking and his shadow like...expanded and turned...demonic looking. If that's possible. At first I thought he'd done it, but then he scented so I guess it wasn't him." She lifted a shoulder, "Could've been the captain's new woman."

Mag laughed, "Alex should show up so he could at least defend himself, if he could keep pace with us that is." She rolled her eyes and lifted a shoulder. "I'm sure your braincells will be fine, as long as you don't go down and sniff all the fumes from the engine room or something."

"Exactly." She nodded then raised a brow, "It woudn't be humiliating, it'd just be the animal in you coming out. See I wish I was a shapeshifter, then I could blame everything on the animal in me." She grinned, then blinked, "Oh no I just gave you an idea for an excuse for everything." She groaned and closed her eyes.

Listening she blinked, "You mean there's someone kind of...demonic on the ship? I mean like red glowing eyes in shadows?" She shivered as small bumps rose on her skin. Wrapping her arms around herself she shuddered again and shook her head, "I hope not, that would be...wouldn't that be scary? Someone who knew demons and could like...change into them or call them or something?" She glanced around, as if expecting one to show up now with huge big horns, red eyes and an evil laugh.

"You should tease him about it though. I've been wondering if she/he/it is still frozen or if...you know." She lifted a shoulder, "There's no telling with the Captain is there?" Him playing with a demon spawn wouldn't really surprise her, or the demon spawn playing with him.

Nikita lifted a shoulder, "It's his own fault that he's off playing a game instead of being here to defend himself." She nodded, her tone matter of fact.

"No, it would be humiliating. Trust you me." She shook her head, and then raised a brow as Mag started talking. "Doesn't always work that way. I have more human in me than animal. The only time I can really blame anything on th animal in me is when I've been too long in an animal form." She lifted her shoulders, and rolled her eyes. "Not really, I've done it once or twice. Until mom and dad knew better." She smirked over at her friend, and then her own brows shot up.

"No, it was kind of demonic, but not like red glowing eyes." She shook her head, laughing softly at Mag's reaction. "Yeah, it would be." She had to admit that that thought was scary, and caused her to glance around herself. "No, it just...the shadow became misshaped, and everything. Not demonic, demonic."

She had to giggle, "I will. There really isn't. The sick, perverted, sadistic bastard. But I adore him." She grinned, waiting to be frozen solid from behind. He was sneaky like that, but she did adore their captain. "Knowing him, there's no telling what he's done to them." She rolled her eyes, and then her shoulders. "Well, I think, I'm going to lay down and take a nap for a bit. I'll see you when we get to Hawaii I'm sure." She smiled over at Mag, "Take care of yourself, and tell Alex you really do like it when he molests you." She gave the other a wink, and a wave before she headed out of the galley.
